The Utter-Gerig Round Barn is a round barn located in Henry Township near Akron, Fulton County, Indiana. It was built in 1915, and is a wood frame barn measuring approximately 63 feet in diameter. It rests on a fieldstone foundation and has two primary floors. The second level is reached by a broad earth ramp.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.

Athens () is an unincorporated community hamlet in Henry Township, Fulton County, Indiana, originally called Hoover Station. A post office established as Grant, on December 20, 1875, was moved to Hoover Station in 1883; Hoover Station was a waystation for the Chicago and Atlantic Railway, where Jacob Hoover was the postmaster and kept a general store with his brother. Jacob was the son of Henry and Sarah (Curtis)Hoover, the first white settlers of this area. The name was changed to Athens on May 28, 1896, for Athens, Greece.While the town is slowly being incorporated into Rochester, a tiny post office exists there for the few remaining residents who still have an Athens address.

Lake Manitou is a man-made lake in Rochester, Indiana, created in 1827 by the federal government of the United States for the Potowatomi Native American tribe. The lake was created as a part of the treaty with the Potowatomi that required the U.S. government to create a mill for Potowatomi use. The Potowatomi originally called the lake Man-I-Toe which translated to the Devil's Lake due to the belief that a monster lived in the lake. The lake contains about 775 acres (3.14 km2) of open water, with a maximum depth of 65 feet (20 m).

The John Haimbaugh Round Barn in Newcastle Township near Rochester, Indiana, United States, is a round barn that was built in 1914. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1993.There was another 2-pitch gambrel barn in Rochester Township, built in 1915, that was still extant at the time of a 1991 survey of round barns in the state. Also in the township there had been a 3-pitch gambrel barn built in 1916, but the latter has been lost.: 40  Brothers Vernon, Oral, and Hap Kindig built the barn in 1914 for Mr. Haimbaugh. It stands on the west side of Indiana 25. The barn is surrounded by mature trees with cultivated fields on the north and west.

The Fulton County Courthouse is a historic courthouse located at Rochester, Fulton County, Indiana. It was built in 1895–1896, and is a four-story, Richardsonian Romanesque style limestone building. It has a cross-hall plan and features a central bell and clock tower with a pyramidal roof. In addition to the courthouse, the grounds have four memorials: one for the Pottawatomies' Trail of Death, a cornerstone for the Rochester College, and two war memorials.The current courthouse is the third Fulton County courthouse, preceded by an 1837 log cabin and an 1846 structure. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2000. It is a prominent building in the Rochester Downtown Historic District.

Lyman M. Brackett House is a historic home located at Rochester, Fulton County, Indiana. It was built in 1884–1886, and is a 2+1⁄2-story, irregular plan, Queen Anne style frame dwelling topped by a slate gable roof. It features multiple gables, an octagonal tower, and wraparound brick porch. Also on the property is a contributing carriage house.: 2 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.
