Pulaski Heights is a section of the city of Little Rock, Arkansas, located in the north-central portion of the city.

The Albert Retan House is a historic house at 506 North Elm Street in Little Rock, Arkansas. The house is a 2+1⁄2-story wood-frame structure, with a complex cross-gabled hip roof configuration studded by gabled projections. The exterior is finished in wooden clapboards, and it has a single-story wraparound porch with turned posts and delicate woodwork balustrade and spindled frieze. The house was built in 1893 for Albert Retan, an early investor in the Pulaski Heights subdivision where it stands.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

The McLean House is a historic house at 470 Ridgeway in Little Rock, Arkansas. It is a 2+1⁄2-story Colonial Revival wood-frame structure, five bays wide, with a side gable roof and weatherboard siding. The main entrance is distinguished by its surround, with Tuscan columns supporting an oversized segmented-arch pediment. Enclosed porches with paneled and pilastered corners extend to either side of the main block. The house designed by the architectural firm of Thompson and Harding and built around 1920.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

The Snyder House is a historic house at 4004 South Lookout Street in Little Rock, Arkansas. It is a 1+1⁄2-story wood frame with a distinctive blend of American Craftsman and Colonial Revival elements, built in 1925 to a design by the Little Rock firm of Sanders and Ginocchio. Its gable roof is bracketed, and it features an entry portico supported by large Tuscan columns. The gable of the portico has false half-timbering.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

Hillcrest Historic District is an historic neighborhood in Little Rock, Arkansas that was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on December 18, 1990. It is often referred to as Hillcrest by the people who live there, although the district's boundaries actually encompass several neighborhood additions that were once part of the incorporated town of Pulaski Heights. The town of Pulaski Heights was annexed to the city of Little Rock in 1916. The Hillcrest Residents Association uses the tagline "Heart of Little Rock" because the area is located almost directly in the center of the city and was the first street car suburb in Little Rock and among the first of neighborhoods in Arkansas.

It is part of the University of Arkansas System and consists of six colleges, seven institutes, several research centers, a statewide network of community education centers, and the UAMS Medical Center.

The Reid House is a historic house at 1425 Kavanaugh Street in Little Rock, Arkansas, United States. It is a large two-story wood-frame structure, built in 1911 in the Dutch Colonial style to a design by architect Charles L. Thompson. It has a side-gable gambrel roof that extends over the front porch, with shed-roof dormers containing bands of sash windows flanking a large projecting gambreled section. The porch is supported by stone piers, and extends left of the house to form a porte-cochere.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

UAMS College of Medicine is a medical school that is part of the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, a state-run university in the U.S. state of Arkansas and part of the University of Arkansas System. The primary campus is in Little Rock and is affiliated with UAMS Medical Center, Arkansas Children's Hospital, and Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System. A branch campus, UAMS Northwest is in Fayetteville. It is one of three medical schools in Arkansas, with NYITCOM in Jonesboro and Arkansas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Smith being the other two.

Arkansas State Hospital, originally known as Arkansas Lunatic Asylum, is the sole public psychiatric hospital in the state of Arkansas, and is located in the city of Little Rock. It was established in 1883 and as of 2023, it is still active. Its main focus is on acute care rather than chronic illness.
