Abborrträsk Nature Reserve

Abborrträsk is a small lake in Stockholm County, Sweden. It lies within the Abborrträsk Nature Reserve. The lake is surrounded by steep rock walls, but there is access to the water at the southern end. Bathing in the lake is possible although there is no official bathing place. Fishing in the lake with a line or rod is permitted and does not require a permit.

The new name Edlunda arose after Theodor Edlund bought the eastern part of the island in the 1880s and built Villa Edlunda, the first house on the island. This was followed by the heritage-listed Villa Ottarsberg in around 1884. Other early summer villas on Edlunda belonged to Berndt August Hjorth, Sten Dehlgren and Axel Notini.
