Scott High School is located at 5400 Old Taylor Mill Road in Taylor Mill, Kentucky. The school's athletic teams are known as the "Eagles". The school is one of three high schools operated by the Kenton County School District.

Taylor Mill is a home rule-class city in Kenton County, Kentucky, in the United States. The population was 6,873 at the 2020 census.

Emery Row is a historic building in Covington, Kentucky, United States, that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It is an example of design attributable to the regionally significant architect Samuel Hannaford, of Cincinnati, and illustrates the Queen Anne style architecture in the United States as executed in multiple-family housing units.The housing units are situated on portions of Lots 24 and 25 of the Western Baptist Theological Sub-Division (later known as Old Seminary Square Historic District), in Covington. The lots were purchased in 1841 by John Taylor, who sold them post Civil War to Charles Reeves and John Mackoy. In mid-1879, the lots were acquired by Thomas J. and Joseph J. Emery, believed to be the sons of Cincinnati industrialist, Thomas Emery.A number of prominent Covington citizens lived in these residences including Thomas H. Kennedy, the city's civil engineer and descendant of Thomas Kennedy whose 150-acre (61 ha) farm became the original town of Covington in the early 19th century.

Fairview is a home rule-class city in Kenton County, Kentucky, United States. The city is a suburb of Cincinnati. It was incorporated by the state assembly in 1957 to avoid annexation by Covington. The population was 144 at the 2020 census.

Calvary Christian School is a private Christian school located in Covington, Kentucky. CCS is a ministry of Calvary Baptist Church located in Latonia, Kentucky. It has approximately 400 students from Preschool to 12th grade.

Latonia Lakes is a former city in Kenton County, Kentucky, United States. The population was 325 at the 2000 census. The city voted to be dissolved in the general elections on November 7, 2006, although the results were contested due to alleged voting irregularities. Following the certification of the election results, the city was officially dissolved on December 16, 2006.

Banklick Creek is a 19.1-mile-long (30.7 km) tributary of the Licking River in northern Kentucky in the United States. By the Licking River and the Ohio River, it is part of the Mississippi River watershed. Banklick Creek rises in rural areas near the Boone-Kenton County line near the city of Walton then flows northeasterly through Kenton County and empties into the Licking River near Latonia in a highly urbanized area, less than 5 miles (8.0 km) from the Licking's confluence with the Ohio River. Covering more than 58 square miles (150 km2), the topography of the Banklick's watershed ranges from steep to gently sloping. Throughout most of its length, Banklick Creek is shallow and flows over a narrow, gravelly, and sometimes rocky streambed. However, approximately ¾ mi. upstream from its mouth, it becomes wider and 6 to 8 feet (1.8 to 2.4 m) deep. The upper half of Banklick Creek is home to many species of fish including smallmouth bass, sunfish, suckers, carp, and catfish, as well as crayfish, turtles, snakes, and frogs. The lower half, beyond the inflow of Bullock Pen Creek from Doe Run Lake, the Banklick is seriously impaired and suffers from suburban lawn runoff, siltation due to overdevelopment, and fecal coliforms due to sewer overflows. Pioneer Park, established by the Kenton County Parks Board in 1976, is situated along the banks of the creek, near the community of Taylor Mill. In the 1970s, the creek, as it bordered the park, was unintentionally contaminated by a local manufacturing concern, with a number of toxic substances that found their way into the streambed. This led to an extensive clean-up effort by both private and public sources, including the United States Environmental Protection Agency. No deaths were linked directly to the 1970s pollution. Though Banklick Creek is home to numerous species of flora and fauna, it is seldom fished or used for recreation, save at its most western reaches. Banklick Creek was once slightly deeper and more navigable than is the case today, and human village sites which date to the archaic period (some 8000 BC in some cases) are numerous along its length. A log cabin that was built by the region's earliest white settlers still stands near the midpoint of Banklick Creek. The creek is popular with both fossil and artifact seekers, and in 2001 a flint paleo spear point dating to c. 11,000 BC was discovered in a silty gravel outcropping, near Latonia.

Wilder is a home rule-class city in Campbell County, Kentucky, United States. The population was 3,176 at the 2020 census. It is part of the Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky metropolitan area.

The Bill Aker Baseball Complex is a baseball venue located on the campus of Northern Kentucky University in Highland Heights, Kentucky, United States. It is the home field of the Northern Kentucky Norse baseball team, a member of the NCAA Division I Horizon League. The complex is named for Bill Aker, who was the head coach of Northern Kentucky baseball from 1971 to 2000. It has a capacity of 500 spectators.

WCVG (1320 AM, "The Voice") is a commercial radio station licensed to Covington, Kentucky, and serving the Cincinnati metropolitan area. It is owned by Reign Enterprises, Inc. and airs a brokered programming radio format. Hosts buy time on WCVG and may use their shows to advertise their ministries, products or services. Programming includes Urban Gospel Christian radio along with special interest talk shows and ethnic shows. WCVG operates with 500 watts during daytime hours and 430 watts at night, using a directional antenna at all times. Its transmitter is behind the Latonia Shopping Center in Covington. WCVG's daytime signal is directional, and resembles a "figure-8" pattern that covers the Cincinnati market inside the I-275 loop. WCVG's nighttime pattern points to the south and west and does not cover much of the Ohio portion of the market. The northern Kentucky counties still have a listenable nighttime signal.

The NKU Chase College of Law (formerly Salmon P. Chase College of Law, also known as Chase College of Law) is the law school of Northern Kentucky University, a public university in Highland Heights, Kentucky. It provides both part-time (day and evening) and full-time programs of study that lead to a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree, as well as joint degrees in JD/Master of Business Administration, JD/Master of Health Informatics, and JD/Master of Business Informatics. The law school also has a program that leads to a LLM degree in U.S. law that is designed for internationally trained lawyers, and a program that leads to a MLS degree designed for individuals interested in developing a better understanding of the law as it affects their careers involving legal or regulatory issues.

Northern Kentucky University is a public university in Highland Heights, Kentucky. Of its 15,000 students, over 10,000 are undergraduate students and nearly 5,000 are graduate students. Northern Kentucky University is the third largest university, behind the University of Cincinnati and Miami University, of Greater Cincinnati's four large universities and the youngest of Kentucky's eight. Among the university's programs are the Salmon P. Chase College of Law and the College of Informatics.
