Ping Shek Estate

Choi Hung (Chinese: 彩虹; Cantonese Yale: Chóihùhng) is a station on the Hong Kong MTR Kwun Tong line in Ngau Chi Wan. The station is named after the nearby Choi Hung Estate, a public housing estate.

St. Joseph's Home for the Aged is located at No. 35 Clear Water Bay Road, Ngau Chi Wan, Wong Tai Sin, New Kowloon, Hong Kong. The site spans 230,000 square feet (21,000 m2).St. Joseph's Home for the Aged refers to a compound of historical buildings; more than 10 buildings at its peak. The site was not originally a home for the elderly, but a villa (or storey-house) belonging to Mr. Chan Keng-Yu (陳賡如). This added historical significance to the compound as Mr. Chan Keng-Yu was the Compradore of Douglas Lapraik and Co., as well as one of the Founding Directors of Chinese Chamber of Commerce (華商總會). In 1926, the site was sold to the Little Sisters of the Poor, a French-based charitable body and Roman Catholic order for women. Architect firm, Crédit foncier d'Extrême-Orient, was in charge of the development of St. Joseph's Home for the Aged in the 1930s.During the 1930s, St. Joseph's Home for the Aged served as a refuge for those who fled from the Japanese invasion in China.

Choi Hung Estate (Chinese: 彩虹邨; lit. 'rainbow estate') is a public housing estate in Ngau Chi Wan, Kowloon, Hong Kong. It was built by the former Hong Kong Housing Authority (屋宇建設委員會) and is now managed by the current Hong Kong Housing Authority (香港房屋委員會). It received a Silver Medal at the 1965 Hong Kong Institute of Architects Annual Awards.

Choi Hung Estate Catholic Secondary School (Chinese: 彩虹邨天主敎英文中學) is a boy's secondary school situated in Choi Hung Estate, Wong Tai Sin. Established in 28 February 1965 by Roman Catholic Diocese of Hong Kong.

Richland Gardens (Chinese: 麗晶花園) is a home ownership scheme and Private Sector Participation Scheme in Kowloon Bay, Kowloon, Hong Kong, near the Kai Yip Estate. It was jointly developed by the Hong Kong Housing Authority and Shui On Land Limited. It consists of 22 residential blocks and a shopping centre completed in 1985. It was built next to Kai Tak and is one of the closest buildings to the airport.

Choi Tak Estate (Chinese: 彩德邨), formerly Choi Wan Road Site 2 (Chinese: 彩雲路2區) and Choi Wan Road Site 3A (Chinese: 彩雲道3A區), is a public housing estate in Ping Shan, Kowloon, Hong Kong next to Choi Ying Estate. Choi Tak Estate is a part of the housing development near Jordan Valley. It is developed into two phases and all blocks were completed in 2010 and 2011 respectively.

Bishop Paschang Catholic School (Chinese: 天主教柏德學校) is a government-aided, whole day Roman Catholic coeducational primary school located in Kowloon Bay, Kowloon, Hong Kong. The school is in Primary One Admission Net 46 of Kwun Tong. With the exception of English and Mandarin lessons, the school employs Cantonese as the main medium of instruction, in line with the prevailing education policy set by the Hong Kong government. This school is generally considered as the best primary school in the area of Kowloon Bay and Ngau Tau Kok. Choi Wan Estate (Chinese: 彩雲邨) is a public housing estate in Ngau Chi Wan, Wong Tai Sin District, Kowloon, Hong Kong, located between Ngau Chi Wan Village and Jordan Valley and the foot of Fei Ngo Shan. The estate is divided into Choi Wan (I) Estate (彩雲(一)邨) and Choi Wan (II) Estate (彩雲(二)邨), and has a total of 21 blocks. It is one of the largest public housing estates in Wong Tai Sin District.

Kowloon Bay Sports Ground (Chinese: 九龍灣公園) is a multi-purpose sports ground situated in Kowloon Bay, Kowloon, Hong Kong. The sports ground comprises an international standard 400-metres running track (8 lanes), an international standard natural turf pitch for ball games with floodlight system, a spectator stand with capacity of 1,450 people, A fee-paying carpark with 30 parking spaces for private car / van-type light goods vehicle and 5 parking spaces for motorcycle, a Fast Food Kiosk as well as electronic timing equipment.
