St Edern's Church, Bodedern (sometimes referred to as St Edeyrn's Church) is a medieval parish church in the village of Bodedern, in Anglesey, north Wales. Although St Edern established a church in the area in the 6th century, the oldest parts of the present building date from the 14th century. Subsequent alterations include the addition of some windows in the 15th century, and a chancel, transept and porch in the 19th century, when the nave walls were largely rebuilt. Stained glass was also inserted into the windows of the chancel and transept. The church contains a 6th-century inscribed stone found near the village, a medieval font, and some 17th-century decorated wooden panels from Jesus College, Oxford, which was formerly connected with the church. St Edern's also owns three pieces of 19th-century church silverware, but a silver chalice dated 1574 was lost some time during the 19th century. An 18th-century gallery at the west end rests on two oak crossbeams, one of which was previously used to support the rood loft. The church is still used for worship by the Church in Wales, one of nine in a combined parish, but as of 2013 there has not been a vicar in the parish since September 2009. It is a Grade II* listed building, a national designation given to "particularly important buildings of more than special interest", in particular because it is regarded as "a good example of a late medieval church, its character maintained in the late 19th-century restoration and rebuilding work, and retaining some of the medieval fabric and windows."

St Llibio's Church, Llanllibio is a demolished church in Anglesey, north Wales. Founded by Llibio in the sixth century, the church served a small community of bondmen as a chapel of ease. The population of Llanllibio declined substantially during the Middle Ages as a result of the Black Death and changes in farming practice, amongst other factors, and the community that the church served effectively disappeared. As a result, St Llibio's closed in the seventeenth century; the remaining worshippers moved to another local church. Plans in the nineteenth century to rebuild the church, which was in ruins by 1776, came to nothing. Except for a memorial stone, nothing more than "tiny traces" of St Llibio's can now be seen.

Presaddfed Burial Chamber is a listed monument in Anglesey, north Wales, comprising two Neolithic chamber tombs. It is a scheduled ancient monument and is located a short distance northwest of Bodedern. It is maintained by Cadw.

Rhosydd (pronunciation ) is a village in the community of Bodedern, Ynys Môn, Wales, which is 136.6 miles (219.8 km) from Cardiff and 221.7 miles (356.8 km) from London.

Llyn Llywenan (English: Yew Tree Lake) is a lake in western Anglesey, Wales found just over 1 kilometre (0.6 mi) north of the village of Bodedern and 9 kilometres (5.6 mi) east of the town of Holyhead. At a maximum length of 1.1 kilometres (0.7 mi) and breadth of 0.4 kilometres (0.2 mi) it has a surface area of only 0.4 square kilometres (0.2 sq mi). This makes it the largest natural lake on the island—both Llyn Alaw and Llyn Cefni are larger but are man made. The lake, a Site of Special Scientific Interest, is situated 34 metres (112 ft) above mean sea level and was chosen as an SSSI as there are uncommon aquatic plants there, as well as the fact that the lake is very shallow and could in the next hundred years or so be filled with silt. There is a small, rather featureless, island in the middle of the southern section of the lake which is roughly 35 metres (115 ft) across. There are two neolithic burial mounds immediately to the south of the lake, one of which is quite complete. The character Lord Owen Griffiths for the American role playing game Castle Falkenstein has a lover Gwagged Annwn Nimüe who, in the game world, lives by the lake.

Presaddfed Hall is a small Grade II* listed country house that stands amongst woodlands to the northeast of Bodedern, Wales, at the southern tip of Llyn Llywenan. Today the hall is a self-catering accommodation for rent. A walled garden lies to the east of the house.

St Figael's Church, Llanfigael, is a redundant church in the hamlet of Llanfugail, Anglesey, Wales. It has been designated by Cadw as a Grade II listed building, and is under the care of the Friends of Friendless Churches. The church is considered by Cadw to be particularly notable because of its "retaining its early 19th-century interior virtually intact".

Llanllibio is a hamlet in the community of Bodedern, Ynys Môn, Wales, named after Saint Llibio which is 138.5 miles (222.9 km) from Cardiff and 223 miles (358.9 km) from London. St Llibio's Church, Llanllibio is now demolished. Madam Wen the romantic character in the 17th century novels of William David Owen, was born in the parish in 1874.

Pen-Llyn is a hamlet in the community of Bodedern, Anglesey, Wales, between Bodedern and Llanddeusant, some 4.5 miles from Valley. Llyn Llywenan, the largest natural lake on the island is nearby.

Llanfugail is a village in Anglesey, in north-west Wales, in the community of Llanfachraeth.

St Enghenedl's Church, Llanynghenedl, is a former parish church in Anglesey, north Wales, dedicated to the son of a 6th-century King of Powys. According to the 19th-century antiquarian Angharad Llwyd, the first church in Llanynghenedl was erected in about 620. A new church was erected in 1862, replacing a building that the 19th-century clergyman and antiquarian Harry Longueville Jones noted as dating in part from the late 13th or early 14th century, based on the decorations on the south doorway. The church later fell into disuse as a result of the growth of the nearby village of Valley and the church there. In 1988, St Enghenedl's was dismantled and re-erected as an extension to St Mihangel's, Llanfihangel yn Nhowyn, so that St Mihangel's could serve as the church for RAF Valley. The former churchyard of St Enghenedl's is still visible but is now overgrown.(The churchyard is being cared for and no longer overgrown 2020 update)

Bryngwran is a village and community in Anglesey Wales, located on the A5 trunk road. It lies 8.1 miles (13.0 km) west of Llangefni, 7.0 miles (11.3 km) south west of Llannerch-y-medd and 7.4 miles (11.9 km) south east of Holyhead, and includes the villages of Bryngwran, Capel Gwyn and Engedi. At the 2001 census the community had a population of 781, increasing to 894 at the 2011 census. The village itself has a population of around 400.Saint Peulan's Church stands in an isolated position at Llanbeulan, in the south east of the community. A medieval building, it partly dates from the 12th century, but was extended in the 14th, and restored in the mid-19th century. The gritstone font dates from late 12th century. It is considered an example of a "rural medieval church retaining its simple character" and is Grade II* listed.Pandy Treban, a former fulling mill in the north of the community, and the 18th-century bridge at Pont Factory Cymunod, over the Afon Crigyll on the border with Bodedern, are Grade II listed.
