North Berwick is a town in York County, Maine, United States. The town was set off from Berwick in 1831, following South Berwick in 1814. North Berwick's population was 4,978 at the 2020 census. It is part of the Portland–South Portland–Biddeford, Maine metropolitan statistical area.

The Thomas Hobbs Jr. House is a historic house on Wells Street in North Berwick, Maine. Built in 1763, it is one of the town's oldest surviving houses, and was for many years a tavern and social center of the community. it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

The Mary R. Hurd House is a historic house at 2 Elm Street in North Berwick, Maine. Built in 1894, the house is architecturally one of the finest Queen Anne/Eastlake houses in southern Maine. It was built by Mary Hurd, who was the proprietor of the North Berwick Woolen Mill for nearly 60 years, and a major benefactor to the town. Now a bed and breakfast inn, the house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on September 11, 1979.

The J.L. Prescott House is a historic house on High Street in North Berwick, Maine. Built in 1865 for a prominent local businessman, it is one of the largest and most elaborate Italianate houses in southern Maine. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985. It has been converted into a multiunit apartment house.

The Division No. 9 School is a historic former one-room schoolhouse on Maine State Route 9 in Wells, Maine. Built in 1900, it is the best-preserved of the town's surviving district school buildings, and is now a museum owned by the town. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1995.

NOBLE is an acronym for the three towns that NHS serves (NOrth Berwick, Berwick, and LEbanon). Noble High School was a member of the Coalition of Essential Schools.

The Morrell House is a historic house on Morrills Mill Road in North Berwick, Maine. Built in 1763 by a descendant of one of the area's first European settlers, it is a fine local example of Georgian craftsmanship. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976.

The U.S. Post Office-Sanford Maine is the main post office of Sanford, Maine. It is located at 28 School Street, near the city's central business district. Built in 1932 and enlarged to include other federal offices in 1965, it is an architecturally distinguished building with Classical and Colonial Revival features. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.
