Because it includes the motherhouse of the Sisters of Charity of Cincinnati, the Internal Revenue Service recognizes 45051 as the eighth most generous ZIP code in the United States, with residents giving 41.50% of their net income to charity. The unincorporated community is also home to the Mount St. Joseph University.

The Mount St. Joseph University (The Mount) is a private, Roman Catholic university in Delhi, Ohio. It was founded in 1920 by the Sisters of Charity of Cincinnati. The university enrolls over 1,800 undergraduate students and approximately 300 graduate students. It offers 48 undergraduate programs, nine associate degrees, pre-professional and certificate programs, and graduate programs.

The Anderson Ferry is a ferry across the Ohio River between Cincinnati, Ohio and Constance, Kentucky. It has been in continuous operation since 1817. It was originated by George W Anderson the founder of the business, sold to the Kottmyer family then known as the Kotmeyer ferry and was later sold back to the Anderson family in 1986. The ferry was often used in the 19th century by Kentucky farmers bringing their product to market in Cincinnati. It is the lone survivor of dozens of ferries that once served the Cincinnati area. The ferry is located about 8 miles (13 km) west of Downtown Cincinnati.

Union Baptist Cemetery located at 4933 Cleves Warsaw Pike, in the Price Hill neighborhood, is a registered historic district in Cincinnati, Ohio, listed in the National Register of Historic Places on September 20, 2002. It contains a single contributing building. The cemetery is the oldest Baptist African-American cemetery in Cincinnati.
