Britannia Pier is a pier located at the seaside town of Great Yarmouth in the English county of Norfolk.

St Mary's Church is a Roman Catholic Parish church in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. It is situated on Regent Road in the centre of the town. It was originally built by the Society of Jesus in the late 1840s and it is now administered by the Diocese of East Anglia. The architect was Joseph John Scoles who also designed the Anglican St Mary's church in the Southtown area of Great Yarmouth and it is a Grade II* listed building.

Great Yarmouth Town Football Club is a football club based in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, England. They are currently members of the Eastern Counties League Division One North and play at the Wellesley Recreation Ground, whose grandstand is believed to be the world's oldest football stand still in regular use, having been opened on 11 June 1892. The club is affiliated to the Norfolk County FA.

Yarmouth Beach railway station was a railway station serving Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. It was opened in 1877 by the Great Yarmouth & Stalham Light Railway. In 1893 it was taken over by the Midland and Great Northern Joint Railway which had built a large network of track over East Anglia, initially conceived to transport holidaymakers from the Midlands to their destinations on the Norfolk coast. Acquiring Yarmouth Beach station fitted into this grand strategy. The line was also dependent on use by local travellers.Use of the line gradually began to decline and by the 1950s competition from the roads diminished passenger numbers. Yarmouth Beach and the line it stood on closed in 1959 along with most of the Midland and Great Northern Joint Railway network, now in British Railways hands. Following closure, the site was used as a coach station and the station buildings were demolished in 1986. The site is now a coach and car park.It lacked the direct routes of its rival at Yarmouth Vauxhall, instead taking a winding path across Norfolk without serving major towns.

Great Yarmouth Winter Gardens is a grade II* listed building in Great Yarmouth, England.It was built of glass and iron in Torquay over 3 years starting 1878. It was moved to Great Yarmouth in 1904 by barge and rebuilt. It reopened in 1906. In 2018, it was named among the top ten endangered buildings of the Victorian and Edwardian eras in a survey released by the Victorian Society.In July 2021 it received a £10 million National Lottery Heritage Fund grant to support its repair and reopening.

Time and Tide: The Museum of Great Yarmouth Life, located in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, United Kingdom, is set in one of the UK's best-preserved Victorian herring curing works and is Norfolk's third largest museum. The museum is centred on Great Yarmouth's rich maritime and fishing heritage, mainly focusing on the history of Yarmouth and the herring curing works. The museum feature various exhibitions including a typical 'Row' (a type of narrow street) from 1913, a Yarmouth quayside from the 1950s and hands on displays, films, audio guides and children's activities. The museum is currently visited by around 30,000 people a year. Time & Tide museum is part of Maritime Heritage East which is a partnership of over 35 maritime museums in the East of England.

Great Yarmouth (), often called Yarmouth, is a seaside town and unparished area in the Borough of Great Yarmouth in Norfolk, England; it straddles the River Yare and is located 20 miles (30 km) east of Norwich. A population of 38,693 in the 2011 Census made it Norfolk's third most populous. Its fishing industry, mainly for herring, shrank after the mid-20th century and has all but ended. North Sea oil from the 1960s supplied an oil-rig industry that services offshore natural gas rigs; more recently, offshore wind power and other renewable energy industries have ensued. Yarmouth has been a resort since 1760 and a gateway from the Norfolk Broads to the North Sea. Holiday-making rose when a railway opened in 1844, bringing easier, cheaper access and some new settlement. Wellington Pier opened in 1854 and Britannia Pier in 1858. Through the 20th century, Yarmouth boomed as a resort, with a promenade, pubs, trams, fish-and-chip shops, theatres, the Pleasure Beach, the Sea Life Centre, the Hippodrome Circus, the Time and Tide Museum and a Victorian seaside Winter Garden in cast iron and glass.

Market Gates Shopping Centre is based in the seaside resort of Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. It was first opened in 1976.

The Tolhouse (also the Tolhouse Gaol) is a 12th-century building in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, England. The building has been used as a jail and a courthouse and is currently a museum. The Tolhouse is a Grade I listed building.
