Sai Wan Ho Civic Centre is a community arts centre in Sai Wan Ho, Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong and maintained by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, one of the successors to the territory's Urban Council. It was opened on 4 December 1990.The 3-floor venue consists of: Cultural Activities Hall (seats 110) Music Practice Rooms - 2 rooms seating 20 each Theatre (1/F) - 471 seat auditorium with stage Art Studios - 2 rooms seating 20 and 30 people URBTIX Box OfficeIt is serviced by Sai Wan Ho station of the MTR Island line.

Sai Wan Ho is a primarily residential area on the northeastern shore of Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong, between Quarry Bay and Shau Kei Wan. It is part of the Eastern District, and is administered together with surrounding areas under the Eastern District Council.

Sai Wan Ho (Chinese: 西灣河; Cantonese Yale: Sāiwāanhó) is a station on the Hong Kong MTR Island line. It was opened on 31 May 1985. It is located under Shau Kei Wan Road in Sai Wan Ho in the Eastern District.

The Hong Kong Film Archive is a film archive collects, preserves, and screens Hong Kong films and other related materials. The archive was founded in 1993, when its Planning Office was opened by the Urban Council. It joined the International Federation of Film Archives in 1996. The archive has been under the management of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department since 2000.The film archive building in Sai Wan Ho regularly hosts exhibitions, screenings and seminars showcasing Hong Kong film.The archive edits the book series Hong Kong Filmography and Monographs of Hong Kong Film Veterans. It also distributes a quarterly Newsletter that reports on the latest developments of the Archive and includes features on certain aspects of film culture.

Tai Koo Shing Ferry Pier (Chinese: 太古城碼頭) (1980 - 1983) was a small-sized barge pier in Tai Koo Shing, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong. Its location is now near Poyang Mansion (鄱陽閣), Tsui Woo Terrance (翠湖台). The pier was opened in 1980 to relieve traffic congestion problems in King's Road. The Hong Kong and Yaumati Ferry Company provided ferry services to Central and Kowloon City from there. It was closed when the Sai Wan Ho Ferry Pier in Sai Wan Ho started operation in 1983.

Munsang College (Hong Kong Island) (IMSC, Chinese: 港島民生書院) is a top-ranked Christian secondary school located in Sai Wan Ho, Hong Kong, at the waterfront of Aldrich Bay. Established in 1999 by Munsang College Education Council, it operates independently from Munsang College in Kowloon established in 1926. The college was named after two founders Au Chak Mun (also known as Au Tak) and Mok Kon Sang. The mottos of the college are "Light And Life" and "All For One, One For All". Dr Yim Chi Shing is the Principal of the college. It has been using English as the medium of instruction for all subjects excluding Chinese Language, Chinese Literature, Chinese History, Putonghua and Religious Education (Christianity) since the academic year 2010/11. The first cohort using English as the medium of instruction had graduated in 2016. The college has had a Student Association since September 2008.

The Eastern District is one of the 18 districts of Hong Kong. It had a population of 588,094 in 2011. The district has the second highest population while its residents have the third highest median household income among 18 districts.

Hing Tung Estate (Chinese: 興東邨) is a public housing estate in Sai Wan Ho, Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong. The estate was constructed in a former squatter areas at a hill in Southwest Shau Kei Wan and consists of 3 residential buildings built in 1996. Tung Hei Court (東熹苑), Tung Lam Court (東霖苑) and Tung Yan Court (東盛苑) are Home Ownership Scheme housing courts in a former squatter areas at a hill in Southwest Shau Kei Wan, near Hing Tung Estate, built between 1995 and 1998.

Aldrich Bay Park (Chinese: 愛秩序灣公園) is a park with fishing village as its theme. Located at the waterfront of Aldrich Bay, Sai Wan Ho, Hong Kong, it is 22,000 square feet in size. The park was opened on 11 April 2011 and is now managed by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department.

Hong Kong Chinese Women's Club College is located in Sai Wan Ho in Hong Kong. It was founded on 1 September 1978 and Mr. Yeung Chi Keung is the principal. The school uses English as the Medium of Instruction; it is an aided grammar school in Band 1 while the school motto is "Knowledge and Perseverance".

Les Saisons (Chinese: 逸濤灣) is a private estate in Hong Kong. Located in Sai Wan Ho of the Eastern District, Hong Kong Island, the property was co-developed by Swire Properties, China Motor Bus and Sun Hung Kai Properties. The estate was completed in October 2001. There is a total of 4 residential buildings with 866 car park spaces provided. More than half of the flats enjoy the sea view of Lei Yue Mun Strait. Adjacent to Les Saisons, a vacant land owned by the government was originally the designated site of Hong Kong Ice Sports Centre. However, the plan was abandoned while the Aldrich Bay Park, a park featuring old fishing village was built instead. Before the construction of the park, it was once a temporary golf course for training purpose. As the fence blocked certain flats' scenery and the light pollution problem was serious, some of the residents protested against it.

DSC International School (Chinese: 德思齊加拿大國際學校) (formerly known as Delia School of Canada) is a Canadian international private school in Hong Kong. The school was founded in 1986 which offers Ontario curriculum (registered in the province of Ontario as an international private school). It has students from over 50 countries and offers kindergarten, primary and secondary education in 3 separate buildings. The school was first intended as a local school for the new residential development in Taikoo Shing. After completing Ontario program of study, and having met all graduation requirements, DSC students are awarded the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD). Graduates from DSC have routinely been accepted into top universities worldwide.
