The district encompasses 10 contributing buildings, 1 contributing site, and 3 contributing structures on a family farm established in the mid-19th century. It includes two houses: the John McLeod House is a largely intact, 1+1⁄2-story, frame dogtrot plan house dated to about 1840. The Alex McLeod House was built in 1884, and is a two-story, five-bay, traditional frame farmhouse. Other contributing resources include two tobacco barns, a pack house, fertilizer house, barn with stables, corn crib, saddle-notched log house (c. 1865), chicken house, shed, root cellar, and smokehouse.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.

John Blue House, also known as "Blue House," was a historic home located at Aberdeen, Moore County, North Carolina. It was built in 1888, and was a two-story, Colonial Revival style frame dwelling. It featured a grand tetrastyle portico supported by Doric order columns added in 1903. It was built by John Blue, founder of the Aberdeen and Rockfish Railroad. It has been demolished. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

Bethesda Presbyterian Church is a historic Presbyterian church located on NC 5 in Aberdeen, Moore County, North Carolina. It was built in 1860, and is a two-story, vernacular frame meeting house. It rests on tall granite piers, is sheathed in weatherboard, and has a hipped roof. The front facade features a projecting two-stage bell tower. Also on the property is a contributing church cemetery.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1979.

Malcolm Blue Farm is a historic home and farm in Aberdeen, Moore County, North Carolina. The house is believed to date to 1825, and is a one-story, three-bay, frame structure with a simple gable roof and vernacular Federal and Greek Revival style design elements. It has a rear ell and full width front porch. Also on the property are the contributing four small barns, packhouse, well, horse barns, building originally used as a grist mill, and wooden water tower. The property is open to the public as a farm museum. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

The district encompasses 10 contributing buildings, 8 contributing sites, and 1 contributing structure on a complex of barns, stables and other horse-related buildings and paddocks arranged around two oval-shaped race tracks. The oval-shaped race tracks are believed to have been laid out by 1915 as part of the Pinehurst Race Track established by Leonard Tufts. The Amphidrome is a large agricultural exhibition hall built about 1917. It is a 2 1/2-story, gable-roofed building with stuccoed exterior walls and massive timber roof trusses in the Mission Revival style. Other contributing resources include six paddocks (c. 1916-1920), six barns (c. 1910), harness shop (1930), farrier shop (c. 1910), clubhouse (c. 1916), the network of lanes and driveways (c. 1910), and fences (c. 1910). Pinehurst Race Track is the site of the oldest surviving early-20th century fair exhibition hall in the state.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1992.

The Country Club of North Carolina, or CCNC, is a gated golf community in Pinehurst, North Carolina. The Club will be the host site of the U.S. Senior Amateur in 2030 and the U.S. Women's Amateur in 2037. CCNC will be the first golf club to host the five original USGA Amateur Championships.
