Locktown Baptist Church is a historic church in Locktown (Delaware Township), Hunterdon County, New Jersey, United States. It was built in 1819 and added to the National Register of Historic Places on February 15, 1974.

It was listed as part of the Historic Bridges of Delaware Township, Hunterdon County, New Jersey Multiple Property Submission (MPS).

The Old Mill Road truss bridge over the Wickecheoke Creek is a historic Pratt truss bridge located in Delaware Township in Hunterdon County, New Jersey, United States. Built in 1899, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places on May 23, 2025, for its significance in engineering and transportation. It was listed as part of the Historic Bridges of Delaware Township, Hunterdon County, New Jersey Multiple Property Submission (MPS).

The Peck's Ferry Bridge is a historic Warren truss bridge that carries Locktown-Flemington Road over Plum Brook in Delaware Township of Hunterdon County, New Jersey, United States. Built in 1900 by John W. Scott of Flemington, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places on November 12, 1999, for its significance in engineering. It was reconstructed in 2004. The 29 foot (8.8 m) long single-span bridge crosses Plum Brook, a tributary of the Wickecheoke Creek, which flows into the Delaware River at Prallsville. According to the nomination form, it is a modified Warren truss bridge. Scott also built the nearby Stone Sign Post Road Bridge over Plum Brook.

WDVR (89.7 FM) is a community radio station serving parts of western New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania, including New Hope and Trenton. The station, which broadcasts a variety radio format, is licensed to Delaware Township, Hunterdon County, New Jersey. Its transmitter tower is on Pittsfield Road near Frenchtown-Flemington Road in Frenchtown, New Jersey. WDVR is owned by Penn-Jersey Educational Radio Corporation. It has its offices and studios on Rosemont-Ringoes Road in Sergeantsville, New Jersey. WDVR is staffed by over fifty volunteers who have expertise in their genre of music or talk. Hosts are free to choose music and create their shows themselves within the boundaries of "family friendly" programming. WDVR is supported by donations from its audience and from local businesses which make underwriting contributions in exchange for being thanked on the air. In addition, WDVR simulcasts on 90.5 WPNJ in Easton, Pennsylvania, and on four FM translators: W245CC at 96.9 MHz in Trenton, New Jersey, W240CY at 95.9 MHz in Mount Bethel, New Jersey, W222BV at 92.3 MHz in Harmony Township, New Jersey and W249BQ at 106.7 in Easton, Pennsylvania. The station website says, "WDVR is the only station in the North East which airs a two-hour, live Traditional Country Music show twice a month before a live audience." The shows are broadcast from the Virginia Napurano Center which is in an old church in Sergeantsville. The station was founded by Frank and Virginia (Ginny Lee) Napurano. It signed on the air on February 19, 1990.

The Stone Sign Post Road Bridge over Plum Brook is a historic Warren truss bridge located in Delaware Township in Hunterdon County, New Jersey, United States. Built in 1903 by John W. Scott of Flemington, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places on October 4, 2016, for its significance in engineering. It was listed as part of the Historic Bridges of Delaware Township, Hunterdon County, New Jersey Multiple Property Submission (MPS). The 26 foot (7.9 m) long single-span bridge crosses Plum Brook, a tributary of the Wickecheoke Creek, which flows into the Delaware River at Prallsville. According to the nomination form, it is a distinct modification of a traditional Warren truss bridge. Scott also built the nearby Peck's Ferry Bridge, which also crosses Plum Brook.

The Covered Bridge Historic District, in Delaware Township, Hunterdon County, New Jersey, is a 97-acre (39 ha) historic district along County Route 604, Pine Hill Road, and Lower Creek Road. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on March 5, 1999, for its significance in architecture, settlement, and transportation. The listing included seven contributing buildings, two contributing structures, and three contributing sites.

Green Sergeant's Covered Bridge is a wooden covered bridge over the Wickecheoke Creek near the border between the Hunterdon Plateau and Amwell Valley located in Delaware Township, Hunterdon County, New Jersey. As the last historic covered bridge in the state of New Jersey, it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on November 19, 1974 for its significance in engineering and transportation (the Scarborough Bridge in Cherry Hill is the only other covered bridge in New Jersey). It was added as a contributing property to the Covered Bridge Historic District in 1999.

Delaware Township is a township in Hunterdon County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. Part of the township is on the Hunterdon Plateau, while the southern portions are in the Amwell Valley. As of the 2020 United States census, the township's population was 4,560, a decrease of three people (−0.1%) from the 2010 census count of 4,563, which in turn reflected an increase of 85 (+1.9%) from the 4,478 counted in the 2000 census.The historic community of Sergeantsville is located within Delaware Township, as well as the unincorporated community of Raven Rock.

Sergeantsville is a historic unincorporated community located within Delaware Township, in Hunterdon County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey.Sergeantsville was first settled by a Mr. Thatcher in 1700, and was later named for Charles Sergeant, an American Revolutionary War soldier, in honor of the Sergeant family of which three brothers were local shopkeepers. "Out-of-towners give themselves away when they pronounce the first syllable 'sarge'; it's 'serge.'" Green Sergeant's Covered Bridge, constructed in 1872 across the Wickecheoke Creek, is located just west of Sergeantsville and is the oldest remaining covered bridge in New Jersey.Sergeantsville was officially created in 1827 when it became desirable to establish a post office. Until that time, this largely rural area was known as "Skunktown", perhaps because the town served as a market center for skunk pelts.Sergeantsville's annual "Thanksgiving in the Country" house tour, established in 1973, takes four or five different homes each year, that have historical, architectural or cultural qualities.

Raritan Township is a township in Hunterdon County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. As of the 2020 United States census, the township's population was 23,447, an increase of 1,262 (+5.7%) from the 2010 census count of 22,185, which in turn reflected an increase of 2,376 (+12.0%) from the 19,809 counted in the 2000 census. The township is located within the heart of the Amwell Valley and Raritan Valley regions, as the South Branch of the Raritan River (along with the Neshanic River) flows through the center of the township. The northwestern portion of the township is located on the Hunterdon Plateau. Raritan was incorporated as a township by an act of the New Jersey Legislature on April 2, 1838, from portions of the now-defunct Amwell Township. Flemington was formed within the township on March 14, 1870, and became an independent borough on April 7, 1910. Portions of the township were ceded to East Amwell Township in 1854 and 1897.The township's name is derived from the Raritan tribe, a Native American band of Lenape people that inhabited Central New Jersey. The name of the tribe is said to mean "forked river", "stream overflows" or "point on a tidal river".
