Light House Melbourne (also simply referred to as Lighthouse) is a residential skyscraper in Melbourne, Australia. Located on 450 Elizabeth Street, Melbourne, the project was designed by Elenberg Fraser and developed by Hengyi Australia. The skyscraper rises to a height of 218 metres (715 feet) and comprises 69 levels and 607 apartment dwellings. The ground floor is occupied by a reception and mail room, the eighth floor is occupied by a gym, swimming-pool, and sauna, and the remaining floors are residential. Upon its completion in 2017, it became one of the tallest residential buildings in Melbourne.

BirdLife Australia is a not-for-profit organisation advocating for native birds and the conservation of their habitats across Australia.BirdLife Australia is the trading name of the company limited by guarantee formed through the merger of two Australian non-government conservation organisations, Bird Observation and Conservation Australia (BOCA) and Birds Australia. A constitution was drafted in May 2011 for BirdLife Australia, which became operational on 1 January 2012. Their respective magazines, the Bird Observer and Wingspan, were succeeded by Australian Birdlife.

Elizabeth Street is one of the main streets in the central business district of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, part of the Hoddle Grid laid out in 1837. It is presumed to have been named in honour of governor Richard Bourke's wife.The street is famous as a retail shopping precinct, particularly for motorcycles and cameras. The apartment complex, designed by architect Nonda Katsalidis, comprises four self-contained buildings, Equus, Mondo, Roma and Fortuna. This division creates a low population for each, ensuring moderate demands upon the building services and a high degree of privacy. At the entrance of each building is a signature sculpture by Peter Corlett.The building is listed as one of the Top 20 buildings in Australia of the 20th century by Architecture Australia in the December 1999 edition. The building is also featured in Australian Architecture Now.

Eq. Tower is a residential building in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. The skyscraper is developed by ICD Property group in conjunction with Sino-Ocean Land and designed by architect Elenberg Fraser. Launched in 2013, the project received approval by the then-Planning Minister Matthew Guy in February, 2014. Designed to accommodate 633 apartment dwellings, the residential skyscraper reaches a height of 202.7 metres (665 feet) and comprises 63 floors.Construction on Eq. commenced in February 2015, before topping-out in October 2016. The project was scheduled to be completed by June 2017; it was completed a month early in May of that year. It is one of the tallest buildings in Melbourne.

The Swanston Academic building is an RMIT building designed by the architecture firm Lyons and is located on Swanston Street in Melbourne across from Peter Corrigan designed building 8 and ARM's Storey Hall. Construction began in September 2010 and was completed in September 2012. The budget for the SAB was $200,000,000. The new building contains 35,000 square metres (380,000 sq ft) of floor space, is 11 storeys high (including basement) and provides 6 large lecture theatres for students.
