The ZCMI Center Mall was a shopping center near Temple Square in Salt Lake City, Utah, United States that was owned by Zions Securities Corporation (now Utah Property Management Associates), which opened in 1975 and closed in 2007. At the time of its opening, it was the largest downtown mall in the country. ZCMI stands for Zion's Co-operative Mercantile Institution, which refers to a department store owned by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church) that had locations in Utah and Idaho until it was sold to The May Department Stores Company. The ZCMI Center Mall, along with the affiliated Crossroads Plaza Mall, once constituted the largest shopping area in Salt Lake City. On October 3, 2006, the LDS Church announced redevelopment plans for the ZCMI Center and Crossroads Plaza malls, as part of a $1 billion redevelopment plan known as the City Creek Center. The plan called for the demolition of the ZCMI Center Mall and the Crossroads Plaza Mall by the end of summer 2008. Demolition of the entire project area started in November 2006, beginning with the Inn at Temple Square and the Crossroads Plaza Mall. The replacement City Creek Center opened in 2012.One of the features of the ZCMI Center was a large glass chandelier that hung in the former ZCMI store. The chandelier, which was made of Austrian glass and handblown crystal imported from Venice, Italy, weighed 3 tons and was made exclusively for this store when it opened in 1975. Macy's, the new owner of the store, donated 1,500 pieces of the dismantled chandelier to various charitable organizations.

The City Creek Center (CCC) is a mixed-use development with an upscale open-air shopping center, office and residential buildings, fountain, and simulated creek near Temple Square in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah, United States. It is an undertaking by Property Reserve, Inc. (PRI), the commercial real estate division of the Corporation of the President of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church) and Taubman Centers, Inc. (TCI). The CCC integrates shopping and residential elements, with foliage-lined walkways and streams covering two blocks in the heart of downtown Salt Lake. PRI invested in the housing and parking elements of the mall, while TCI owns and operates the shopping center itself. The CCC opened to the general public on March 22, 2012. This shopping, office, and residential center encompass nearly 20 acres (8.1 ha) of downtown Salt Lake City. The City Creek Center is part of an estimated $5 billion sustainable design project to revitalize downtown Salt Lake City. The CCC project itself has been estimated to cost around $1.5 billion.

The George S. and Dolores Doré Eccles Theater (commonly shortened to the Eccles Theater) is located in Salt Lake City, Utah. It was opened in 2016. It hosts touring Broadway shows, concerts, and other entertainment events. The primary "Delta Performance Hall" seats 2,468 people, while a smaller black box theater (the "Regent Street theater") seats 150-250 people.

The Daft Block, also known as the Daynes Jewelry Building, in Salt Lake City, Utah, is a 4-story Richardsonian Romanesque commercial building designed by Elias L. T. Harrison and H.W. Nichols and constructed 1887–1889. The brick building is trimmed with sandstone sills and lintels, and it features a prominent, two-story bay window. Above the bay window is a decorative sandstone pediment. The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1976.An early tenant of the Daft Block was the Salt Lake 5 & 10 Cent Store, and in 1908 Daynes Jewelry Company purchased the building. The Daft Block later was connected to the adjacent Kearns Building by a steel and glass passageway, otherwise the building shows few alterations.Sarah Ann Daft (1828-1906) and her husband, E.J. Daft, immigrated to Utah from England in 1856. After E.J. Daft died in 1881, Mrs. Daft became active in business, owning real estate and investing in securities and mining interests. She commissioned the Daft Block in 1887.

City Center station is a light rail station in Downtown Salt Lake City, Utah, in the United States, served by the Blue Line and Green Line of the Utah Transit Authority's (UTA) TRAX system. The Blue Line has service from the Salt Lake Intermodal Hub in Downtown Salt Lake City to Draper. The Green Line provides service from the Salt Lake City International Airport to West Valley City (via Downtown Salt Lake City).

The ZCMI Cast Iron Front is a historic building facade, currently attached to the City Creek Center facing South Main Street in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah, United States. The facade, built out of cast iron and stamped steel between 1876 and 1901, is a well-preserved example of a metal facade, and a reminder of the city's 19th-century commercial past. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1970.

Neumont College of Computer Science (formerly Neumont University, originally named Northface University) is a private for-profit career college in Salt Lake City, Utah. It was founded in 2003 by Graham Doxey, Scott McKinley, and Marlow Einelund. The college focuses on applied computer science and is accredited by Northwest Commission on College and Universities.
