Beijing Fengtai Stadium

Fengtai Softball Field, or Fengtai Sports Center Softball Field (simplified Chinese: 丰台体育中心垒球场; traditional Chinese: 豐臺體育中心壘球場; pinyin: Fēngtái Tǐyù Zhōngxīn Lěiqiúchǎng), is a softball stadium located in Beijing, China. It hosted the softball competitions at the 2008 Summer Olympics. The complex consists of two competition grounds and one training ground. The stadium has a capacity of 13,000 and a floor space of 15,570 square metres. It also has a backup field with a capacity of 3,500 and two training fields. It was also one of the venues of the 1990 Asian Games and the 1992 Women's Softball World Cup. The stadium's renovation was completed on July 28, 2006, ready for the XI ISF Women's World Championship in late August. It was the first Olympic venue in Beijing to be completed and put to use.

Dajing (Chinese: 大井站; pinyin: Dàjǐng Zhàn) is a station on Line 14 of the Beijing Subway. This station opened on May 5, 2013.

Fengtai District (Chinese: 丰台区; pinyin: Fēngtái Qū) is a district of the city of Beijing. It lies mostly to the southwest of the city center, extending into the city's southwestern suburbs beyond the Sixth Ring Road, but also to the south and, to a smaller extent, the southeast, where it has borders with Chaoyang District and Dongcheng District.

Guozhuangzi (simplified Chinese: 郭庄子站; traditional Chinese: 郭莊子站; pinyin: Guōzhuāngzǐ Zhàn) is a station on Line 14 of the Beijing Subway. This station opened on May 5, 2013.

Qilizhuang (simplified Chinese: 七里庄站; traditional Chinese: 七里莊站; pinyin: Qīlǐzhuāng Zhàn) is an interchange station between Line 9 and Line 14 of the Beijing Subway. When Line 14 opened in May 2013, trains skipped this station. The station was opened to Line 14 trains on February 15, 2014.

Fengtai Dongdajie station (simplified Chinese: 丰台东大街站; traditional Chinese: 豐台東大街站; pinyin: Fēngtái Dōngdàjiē zhàn; lit. 'Fengtai East Street station') is a station on Line 9 of the Beijing Subway. The station was opened on October 12, 2012. Prior to that date, the trains did not stop there.

Wulidian Subdistrict (Chinese: 五里店街道; pinyin: Wǔlǐdiàn Jiēdào) is a subdistrict located on the north side of Fengtai District, Beijing, China. It shares border with Lugouqiao Subdistrict to the northwest, Liuliqiao and Fengtai Subdistricts to the east, Kandan and Wanping Subdistricts to the south. The subdistrict was created from parts of Fengtai Subdistrict, Lugouqiao Subdistrict and Liuliqiao Subdistrict in 2021.

On 18 April 2023, a hospital fire occurred at Changfeng Hospital in Beijing, China, causing at least 29 deaths.

The Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences (CAFS) (simplified Chinese: 中国水产科学研究院; traditional Chinese: 中國水產科學研究院; Pinyin: Zhōngguó shuǐchǎn Kēxuéyánjiūyuàn) is a large fisheries research institute. It was founded in 1978 under the Ministry of Agriculture in the People's Republic of China. It is a leading research institution in China, active in almost all research areas to do with aquaculture and marine and freshwater fisheries.CAFS sponsors the award-winning international academic periodical Journal of Fishery Sciences of China. It has completed over 1,000 research projects, including a study on the aquaculture of the fleshy prawn Peneaus chinensis and the control of haemorrhage disease in grass carp, which won the National Scientific and Technological Progress First Prize. The institute has contributed significantly to China's aquaculture development.

Xiju station (Chinese: 西局站; pinyin: Xījú Zhàn) is a station on Line 10 and Line 14 of the Beijing Subway. It opened on December 30, 2012. Line 14 service began on May 5, 2013, and Xiju serves as the eastern terminus of Line 14's western section until December 31, 2021, when the remaining section of Line 14 from Xiju to Beijing South Railway Station opened that day.

Fufengqiao station (Chinese: 富丰桥站; pinyin: Fùfēngqiáo zhàn) is a station on Line 16 of the Beijing Subway. The station opened on 31 December 2022.

Qingta Subdistrict (Chinese: 青塔街道; pinyin: Qīngtǎ Jiēdào) is a subdistrict situated in the northern side of Fengtai District, Beijing, China. It shares border with Wanshou Road Subdistrict to the north, Liuliqiao Subdistrict to the east, and Lugouqiao Subdistrict to the south and west. The subdistrict was established from portions of Lugouqiao and Liuliqiao Subdistricts in 2021.
