Solingen Hauptbahnhof is the only railway station in Solingen, Germany, to be served by ICE and IC long distance trains. Solingen-Mitte station serves central Solingen, but only has Regionalbahn trains.

Haan (German pronunciation: [haːn] (listen)) is a town in the district of Mettmann, in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. It is situated at the western edge of the Bergisches Land, 12 km southwest of Wuppertal and 17 km east of Düsseldorf. In 1975, Gruiten was incorporated into Haan.

The station was also opened in 1976 or 1977 and it is classified by Deutsche Bahn as a category 5 station.The station is served by line S 1 of the Rhine-Ruhr S-Bahn, running between Düsseldorf and Solingen every 20 minutes at Monday till Friday up to 8 o'clock pm, every 30 minutes during weekend and workingdays after 8 o'clock pm.It is also served by three bus routes, operated by Rheinbahn: 782 and 783 (both operated at 20-minute intervals to Hilden and Düsseldorf) and 792 (to Haan) operated at 20 to 60 minute intervals).

Lochbach is a river of North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. The origin of the Lochbach are a couple of sources near Gräfrath, municipal district of Solingen. The Lochbach flows in Ohligs, another municipal district of Solingen, into the Itter. The Lochbach valley is famous for eleven traditional water powered groundwood mills which are typical for the Bergisches Land.

Solingen Grünewald station is in the city of Solingen in the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia. It is on the Wuppertal-Oberbarmen–Solingen railway. The line through the site of Solingen Grünewald station was opened on 12 February 1890 as part of the Solingen–Wuppertal-Vohwinkel line, known as the Korkenzieherbahn ("Corkscrew Railway"), to Vohwinkel. The station was opened on 6 May 2006. It is classified by Deutsche Bahn as a category 3 station.The station is served by line S 7 of the Rhine-Ruhr S-Bahn, branded as Der Müngstener, operated every 20 minutes from Monday to Friday and generally every half hour on weekends and at off-peak times, using (LINT 41) vehicles. Until 15 December 1913 the station was served by Regional-Express service RB 47, operated by DB Regio NRW, normally with two-carriage sets of class 628.4. The Abellio Deutschland company won a contract that was put to tender in November 2010 and took over the operation of passenger services on the route from December 2013 for a period of 15 years.It is served by a trolleybus line operated by Stadtwerke Solingen at 10-minute intervals. Stadtwerke Solingen also operates bus route 699 through the station six times a day. The station is served every 60 minutes by bus route 250 operated by Wiedenhoff.

Haan-Gruiten station (Gruiten until 9 December 2017) is one of the two stations of the Bergian city of Haan in the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia. It is described in German as a Berührungsbahnhof (contact station), as the Düsseldorf–Elberfeld and the Gruiten–Köln-Deutz lines both pass through the station, but their operations are separate. East of the station, they join to form a common route at Linden junction, which is the actual beginning of the Gruiten–Köln-Deutz line. West of the platforms the lines separate to run to the west and the south.

In February 2013 the label founded their subsidiary under the name Redfield Digital which distribute only digital music worldwide. The releases We Are the Mess by Eskimo Callboy and My Longest Way Home by Any Given Day marked the first two charting albums released by the label ever.

Krutscheider Bach is a small river of North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. It flows into the Kleine Düssel near Gruiten.
