Built by Wu Shangxin (吳尚新), the garden is known as one of the Four Great Gardens of Taiwan (台灣四大名園), along with Lin Family Mansion and Garden in Wufeng (霧峰萊園), Beiguo Garden in Hsinchu (新竹北郭園), and Lin Family Mansion and Garden in Banqiao (板橋林本源園邸),.

The Tainan City Fire Bureau Second Division (traditional Chinese: 台南市消防隊第二分隊; simplified Chinese: 台南市消防队第二分队; pinyin: Táinán Shì Xiāofáng Duì Dìèr Fēnduì) is a fire station in West Central District, Tainan, Taiwan.

The National Museum of Taiwan Literature (NMTL; Chinese: 國立臺灣文學館; pinyin: Guólì Táiwān Wénxuéguǎn) is a museum under the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of China (Taiwan), located in Tainan, Republic of China (Taiwan). The museum researches, catalogs, preserves, and exhibits literary artifacts, and is also the first national literature museum in Taiwan. As part of its multilingual, multi-ethnic focus, it holds a large collection of local works in Taiwanese, Japanese, Mandarin and Classical Chinese. It was planned as a national-level organization to fill in a long-perceived gap in how the Republic of China's institutions had handled Taiwanese literature as a field of academic inquiry and popular discourse. Tainan was chosen for its historical significance as a cultural center. As of May 2023, it houses a collection of approximately 130,000 items. Formerly the Tainan Prefectural Hall, the museum was repurposed as the venue for the National Museum of Taiwan Literature in Jan. 2003, marking an important case of "historical building reuse" in official architecture in Taiwan. On November 10 of the same year, it was officially designated as a national historic site.

Koxinga Ancestral Shrine (Chinese: 鄭成功祖廟; pinyin: Zhèngchénggōng Zǔmiào) is a family shrine built in West Central District, Tainan, Taiwan in 1663 by Zheng Jing, to worship his father Koxinga. When Taiwan became part of the Qing dynasty, it was renamed "The Cheng's Ancestral Shrine" (鄭氏大宗祠) and today the official name is "Ancestral Shrine of Koxinga". The complex is traditional and elegant. There is an old well in front of the gate and this is all that remains of the original shrine. The central hall worships the statue of Koxinga as well as the spirit tablets of each generation of ancestors. In 1771, there was a famous wooden tablet with the character "Three Generations Heritage" (三圭世錫) to prize the virtue of Koxinga's family. In this shrine, there is also a sculpture of young Koxinga and his mother Tagawa Matsu. It is not to be confused with the nearby Koxinga Shrine

NTJCN offers several academic programs, including a two-year Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) program and a four-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program. The courses cover a wide range of topics, including anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, nursing ethics, patient care, and community health.
