Les Pléiades (1,397 m) are a mountain of the Swiss Prealps, overlooking Lake Geneva in the Swiss canton of Vaud. They are located north of Blonay. A railway connects Vevey and Blonay to a secondary summit (1,361 m) of Les Pléiades. The railway is operated by the company Transports Montreux–Vevey–Riviera.

The Vanil des Artses (1,993 m) is a mountain of the Swiss Prealps, located west of Montbovon in the canton of Fribourg. It is among a crest of peaks extending south of the Dent de Lys to the Cape au Moine (1,941m) on the border between the Cantons of Vaud and Fribourg, which in turn is just north of the Col de Jaman from Rochers de Naye, all lying on the range between Lake Geneva and the valley of Gruyère. On 23 August 2013, a team of spelunkers organized by l’Association des Folliu-Bornés ascended caves in the interior of the mountain to reach the summit.

Châtel-Saint-Denis (French: [ʃɑtɛl sɛ̃ d(ə)ni]; Arpitan: Châtél, locally Tsathi [tsaˈθi] , or Châtél-Sent-Denis, locally Tsathi-Chin-Dèni) is a municipality and district capital of the district of Veveyse in the canton of Fribourg in Switzerland.

Veveyse District (German: Bezirk Vivisbach; French: District de la Veveyse [distʁi(kt) d(ə) la vəvɛːz]; Arpitan: District de la Vevêse [diʃˈtʁi də la vəˈveʒə] ) is one of seven districts in the canton of Fribourg in Switzerland. It has a population of 19,572 (as of 31 December 2020). It takes its name from the river Veveyse which flows through the district.

The Cape au Moine (1,941 m) is a mountain of the Swiss Prealps, located on the border between the cantons of Vaud and Fribourg. It lies north of the Col de Jaman and south of the Col de Soladier, among of a crest of peaks extending roughly north into Fribourg to the Dent de Lys, on the range between Lake Geneva and the valley of Gruyère.

Lac de Lussy is a lake in the bog at Châtel-Saint-Denis, in the canton of Fribourg, Switzerland. Lake and bog are part of a nature preserve, listed in the Inventory of Mire Landscapes of Particular Beauty and National Importance.

Blonay (French pronunciation: [blɔnɛ]) is a former municipality in the district of Riviera-Pays-d'Enhaut in the canton of Vaud in Switzerland. On 1 January 2022 the former municipalities of Blonay and Saint-Légier-La Chiésaz merged into the new municipality of Blonay - Saint-Légier.
