The Nahum Hardy House is a historic house at 724 Lexington Street in Waltham, Massachusetts. The 2+1⁄2-story wood-frame house was built c. 1845, and is a well-preserved local example of a Greek Revival side-hall house. It has a fully pedimented gable end, a full entablature with dentil-like peg moulding, and a single-story porch with Tuscan columns (probably a later addition). The corner boards are pilastered. The house stands on land purchased by Nahum Hardy from Harvard College in 1839.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.

The John Sanderson House is a historic house at 564 Lexington Street in Waltham, Massachusetts. Built in 1826, this 2+1⁄2-story wood-frame house is one a few Federal style houses in the city, and the only one with a brick end wall. It has well-preserved period features, including rear-wall chimneys, simple moulded window surrounds, and a centered entry with half-length sidelight windows. It is one of a cluster of houses in the immediate area with connection to the Sanderson family, who were early settlers of the area.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989, where it is listed at 562 Lexington Street.

The Amos Stearns House is a historic house in Waltham, Massachusetts. Built c. 1845, this 2+1⁄2-story wood-frame former farmhouse is a reminder of Trapelo Road's agricultural past. It has well-kept Greek Revival styling, including corner pilasters and an entablature with dentil moulding. A single-story porch wraps across the front and along one side; it has a similar entablature with dentil work. The house stands on property that was in the Stearns family from 1782 to 1941.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989. Its listing describes it as being at 1079 Trapelo Road.

Hardy Pond is a 45-acre (180,000 m2) pond located in Waltham, Massachusetts. Originally almost twice the size, in recent times the pond level was lowered in an inappropriate approach to controlling flooding. The quality of the water has degraded due to eutrophication caused by run-off from roads, fertilizers, and storm drain inputs. The pond is contiguous with 35 acres (140,000 m2) of adjoining wetlands. It is a popular site for bird sightings, with over 140 species listed.

The North Lexington Street Historic District is a residential historic district at 508–536 North Lexington Street in Waltham, Massachusetts. It consists of a cluster of four houses and their associated outbuildings, built around the turn of the 20th century, and unusual for its state of cohesion and preservation given the busy nature of Lexington Street. Three houses (508 and 520, and 536 Lexington Street) are Colonial Revival in styling, and 528 Lexington is an 1873 Second Empire house. The house at 508 Lexington was built in 1865 and extensively restyled in 1905; it retains some Italianate styling. Particularly rare in Waltham is the converted barn at 526 Lexington Street. This cluster of buildings was traditionally associated with the Piety Corner area, but is now separated from it by a significant number of more modern buildings.The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.

The Sanderson–Clark Farmhouse is a historic farmstead at 47 Lincoln Street (aka 26 Lincoln Terrace) in Waltham, Massachusetts. The property includes an 1831 Federal style house, along with farm-related outbuildings, including a barn and stable. The property was used as a working farm until the early 20th century. It is now surrounded by 20th-century infill development, although other Federal-era houses associated with the Sanderson family still stand nearby.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.

The Nathan Sanderson I House is a historic house at 107 Lincoln Street in Waltham, Massachusetts. The 2+1⁄2-story wood-frame house was built c. 1783, probably by Nathan Sanderson, over the foundation of an earlier (c. 1707) house built by an uncle. It was built in stages, with only two rooms on each floor at first; sometime before 1834 the roof was raised and a leanto added. The leanto was also raised to a full two stories in the 19th century, giving the house its present Federal profile. The house is one of several associated with the Sandersons, who were early settlers of the area.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.

The Benjamin Wellington House is a historic house in Waltham, Massachusetts. The 2+1⁄2-story wood-frame house was built c. 1810 by Benjamin Wellington, and is one of the city's few Federal style house with brick end-walls. The house is a well-proportioned five bays wide and three deep, with paired chimneys on each of the gable ends. A single-story porch with Tuscan columns wraps around two sides of the house. The Wellingtons, early settlers of the area, only acquired this farmstead (with surrounding farmlands) by marriage in the early 19th century.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.

The Perez Smith House is a historic house at 46 Lincoln Street in Waltham, Massachusetts. The 2½ story wood-frame house was built in 1851 and is one of the city's finest transitional Greek Revival/Italianate houses. It has a typical Italianate three-bay facade, deep cornice with decorative brackets, and round-arch windows in the gable. It also has Greek Revival pilastered cornerboards, and its center entry is flanked by sidelight windows and topped by a transom window and paneled sunburst. Its windows are topped by heavy corniced lintels.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.

The Middlesex County Hospital was operated by Middlesex County from the 1930s until 2001. Its property straddles the towns of Waltham and Lexington, Massachusetts. Originally a tuberculosis hospital, it eventually became the county hospital for Middlesex until its closure. The property was sold and redeveloped into a condominium community. It is located near the old Metropolitan State Hospital, which was closed in 1992 and has also been redeveloped into housing.

The Nathan Sanderson II House is a historic house at 111 Lincoln Street in Waltham, Massachusetts. The oldest portion of this house, a 1+1⁄2-story timber frame section, is said to date to c. 1698. It was moved to its present location c. 1816 by Nathan Sanderson II, son of Nathan Sanderson I, whose house is next door. It was extensively altered at the time, giving it an unusual five-bay front-gable Greek Revival appearance. A single story porch with fluted Doric columns spans the main facade, and the slightly projecting central entry is flanked by sidelight windows. The house is one of several associated with the Sanderson family, who were early settlers of the area.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.

The Newell D. Johnson House is a historic house at 428 Lexington Street in Waltham, Massachusetts. The 2+1⁄2-story wood-frame house was built in 1894, and is one of the most elaborate Queen Anne houses in the city's Piety Corner neighborhood. It has an octagonal tower at one corner with a pyramidal roof, bands of decorative cut wood shingling, and fluted porch posts. Newell Johnson, a dentist, had thi house built on the site of the Sanderson House, one of the first to be built in the area.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.
