Okahumpka is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in Lake County, Florida, United States. The population was 267 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Orlando–Kissimmee Metropolitan Statistical Area. It is the location of the Historic Campbell House, listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Bugg Spring is a second magnitude spring near Okahumpka in Lake County, Florida. The spring has a 400 feet wide pool with little vegetation which goes down to 170 to 175 feet. Its outflow runs north as Bugg Spring Run into the Helena Run from Lake Denham and into Lake Harris.The surrounding land was once home to a Native Seminole village prior to the Civil War. After the war, the surrounding land was the home of Confederate States Army Colonel J. J. Dickison. The 69-acre property was then purchased by the Branham's in 1923 who began leasing a portion of it to the Navy in 1956. On December 30, 2011, the entire property was sold to the Navy.The spring is on the property of a facility of the Underwater Sound Reference Division of the Naval Undersea Warfare Center and is not accessible. It is mostly surrounded by swampland with sandhills to the south.

The Campbell House, also known as the Valentine House), is a historic house at 3147 County Road 470 in Okahumpka, Florida. It is locally significant as an excellent example of a frame vernacular house, and as one of the few houses built in the 19th century in Okahumpka. The home contains a historical marker to Virgil D. Hawkins, a civil rights activist born and raised in the area.

Pat Thomas Stadium-Buddy Lowe Field is a baseball stadium located in Leesburg, Florida. The Stadium has a capacity of about 2,000 people and was a former minor league baseball stadium and current amateur baseball stadium. The park was the first lighted baseball stadium in Florida and home to several minor and major league spring training camps. The stadium is located in the city's Venetian Gardens, on the shore of Lake Harris.

Cooke Field was a stadium located in Leesburg, Florida, used primarily for baseball and football. The stadium was named after R.F.E. Cooke, a local banker, and had been the site of local baseball games.

Leesburg High School is a public high school located in Leesburg, Florida and is one of seven public high schools in Lake County, Florida. The school is made up of approximately 1,500 students. The current principal is Michael Randolph.

The Mote-Morris House is a historic house in Leesburg, Florida, United States. It was located at 1021 West Main Street. On December 27, 1974, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places. It was moved to 1195 West Magnolia Street on September 1, 1990. h The City of Leesburg owns the house, and opens it for public tours twice a month. It is also available for rent for special occasions. As of February 20, 2018 the house suffered a devastating fire. The fire marshal ruled it to not be arson, however a witness told police multiple persons were seen inside the structure between two and three a.m. The damage was extensive.

The Lee School (also known as the Lee Adult Education Center) is an historic school in Leesburg, Florida, United States. It is located at 207 North Lee Street. On February 17, 1995, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. As of 2008, the Lee School is up for sale, posted by the Lake County School District.

Veterans Memorial Park is located at 600 W. Meadow Street in Leesburg, Florida, just north of City Hall. The park includes a small playground for young children, lighted walking path, covered seating, and several memorials celebrating the U.S. military and area veterans. It also contains a pond called Fountain Lake.
