Kenmore is a village in Erie County, New York, United States. The population was 15,423 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Buffalo–Niagara Falls metropolitan area. Kenmore is in the south part of the town of Tonawanda, and together with the town it is often referred to as "Ken-Ton". It is bordered to the south by the city of Buffalo. The village is in the northwest part of Erie County. The village has received accolades: In 2009, the American Planning Association named Kenmore "One of the Top 10 Great Neighborhoods" in the United States. The village is also one of the country's 100 most densely populated incorporated places. And in 2011, Buffalo Business First named Kenmore the highest-rated community in Western New York.

Eberhardt Mansion is a historic home located at Kenmore in Erie County, New York. It is a locally distinctive example of the Neo-Romanesque style of architecture built in 1893 for Frederick Eberhardt, one of two brothers who originally developed Kenmore. In 1916 the home was purchased by the Wheel Chair Home, Inc., and in 1981 was purchased by coin broker Jack Hunt. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.

WBUF (92.9 MHz) is a commercial FM radio station licensed to Buffalo, New York. Its studios are located at the Rand Building in Downtown Buffalo, with its transmitter on Elmwood Avenue in North Buffalo. WBUF is owned by Townsquare Media and broadcasts a classic rock radio format known as "92.9 WBUF." WBUF began streaming its programming on the Internet in mid-November 2006. The station has an HD 2 subchannel that airs religious programming from Family Life Network. WBUF also uses two FM translator stations: W291CN on 106.1 MHz in Buffalo and W239BA on 95.7 MHz in Niagara Falls, New York. Both those translators are owned by Family Life Network and carry its programming by way of the WBUF-HD2 signal.

WGRF (96.9 MHz) is a commercial FM radio station in Buffalo, New York, branded as "97 Rock". The station is owned by Cumulus Media and has a radio format playing Classic Rock, mostly from the 1970s and 1980s. WGRF competes for Classic Rock listeners with WBUF 92.9 FM and cross-border rival 91.7 CIXL-FM. The studios are in the eastside of Buffalo. WGRF has an effective radiated power of 24,000 watts. The transmitter is off Elmwood Avenue in Buffalo. It uses a directional antenna to protect CHYM-FM in Kitchener, Ontario, which is on 96.7 MHz.

Kenmore West Senior High School (nicknamed Ken-West) is one of two public high schools in the Kenmore-Town of Tonawanda School District. The other is Kenmore East Senior High School.

American Radiator Company Factory Complex, also known as the Pierce Plant, American Radiator & Standard Sanitary Stamping Plant, Institute of Thermal Research, Equipment Plant, and Malleable Foundry, is a historic factory complex located in Buffalo, Erie County, New York. The complex was built between 1891 and 1959, originally by Pierce Steam Heating Company and expanded by its successor the American Radiator Company. It consists of three distinct sections: 1.) the Institute of Thermal Research (designed in 1910 by Schmidt, Garden & Martin and expanded in 1924 by Bley & Lyman), 2.) the Equipment Plant (built in stages between 1891 and 1952), and 3.) the Malleable Foundry (built 1915, expanded several times by 1935). American Radiator amalgamated with Standard Sanitary Manufacturing Company in 1929 to form the American Radiator and Standard Sanitary Corporaton, later becoming American Standard in 1967. The Institute of Thermal Research section is an administrative / laboratory building that is a two-story brick building with a stone foundation and an "E"-shaped plan. The original section includes Prairie School design elements. Additions to the factory buildings were made in 1906 and 1910 by prominent Buffalo architect Edward Brodhead Green.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2015.

Taylor Signal Company-General Railway Signal Company is a historic industrial complex located in Buffalo, Erie County, New York. It was designed by the architectural firm of Esenwein & Johnson and built between 1902 and 1906. The daylight factory complex consists of a rectangular two and three-story brick factory building with a central light court and wings. It has a three-story brick office building fronting on Elmwood Avenue and connected to the factory by a hyphen. The office building features Gothic Revival style design elements. The complex housed the Taylor Signal Company/General Railway Signal Company until 1907, when operations were moved to Rochester, New York. Afterwards, it housed a number of manufacturing companies including the Century Telephone Construction Company, General Drop Forge Company, Curtiss Aeroplane and Motor Company, and Lippard-Stewart Motor Car Company. The complex has been renovated to house a hotel, banquet facility, and loft apartments. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2014.

Tapestry Charter School is a charter school in Buffalo, New York. It houses two schools, an elementary/middle school and a high school. The current director is Joy Pepper.

North Park is a neighborhood within the City of Buffalo in New York State. It is one of several neighborhoods that comprise the larger community of North Buffalo. The neighborhood's borders are roughly Delaware Avenue to the west, Kenmore Avenue to the north, The Beltline Railroad and the Parkside Neighborhood to the South and Starin and the Central Park neighborhood to the East.

The Pierce-Arrow Motor Car Company was an American motor vehicle manufacturer based in Buffalo, New York, which was active from 1901 to 1938. Although best known for its expensive luxury cars, Pierce-Arrow also manufactured commercial trucks, fire trucks, boats, camp trailers, motorcycles, and bicycles.

St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute, founded in 1861, is an independent Roman Catholic college preparatory school for young men run by the Institute of the Brothers of the Christian Schools in Tonawanda, New York. Established by the De La Salle Brothers, SJCI is chartered by the Board of Regents of New York State and accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools. It is a member of the Christian Brothers' Education Association, The College Board, and the National Catholic Educational Association.
