The Center for Policing Equity (CPE) is a research center founded at University of California, Los Angeles and now based at Yale University. Dr. Phillip Atiba Goff, a Professor of African-American Studies and Psychology at Yale University, is the Co-founder and CEO. Dr. Tracie L. Keesee, who spent 25 years in the Denver Police Department, co-founded CPE with Dr. Goff and is the President and COO.The Center for Policing Equity is a 501(c)3 nonprofit that collects and analyzes data surrounding police interactions with the community to diagnose disparities in policing. Their mission is “justice through science”, using social science to improve policing and reduce racial disparities.

The Chamberlain West Hollywood is a hotel located in the centre of West Hollywood, California. The hotel has 114 suites, each with a private balcony and a gas-log fireplace. The suites average over 500 square feet (46 m2) and include amenities such as 42-inch (1,100 mm) HD televisions, iHome docking stations and designer bath products. The Chamberlain Bistro, the hotel restaurant, is run by Chef Emilio Noselotl and serves American and California cuisine. Other amenities of the Chamberlain West Hollywood include a rooftop pool and boardroom.

Pacific Hills School (previously named Bel Air Prep) was a co-educational independent school located in West Hollywood, California, serving the needs of a diverse student population in grades 6-12. The school had a diverse international student population with about 20% of the school's students hailing from eleven countries on six continents. On average each year had about 85 students enrolled at Pacific Hills School with an average class size of 13. Pacific Hills offered 12 AP courses, advanced programs in music, the arts and sciences.In 2018 the school closed permanently.

Morán Morán is a contemporary art gallery in Los Angeles, United States. It was founded in 2008 as OHWOW by Al Moran, and was later renamed. The gallery began as an alliance of artists and curators, presenting various exhibitions, happenings, and publications before evolving into what it is today. The Los Angeles gallery is currently located at 641 N. Western Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90004.

The Ferus Gallery was a contemporary art gallery which operated from 1957 to 1966. In 1957, the gallery was located at 736-A North La Cienega Boulevard, Los Angeles, California. In 1958, it was relocated across the street to 723 North La Cienega Boulevard where it remained until its closing in 1966.

The Huysman Gallery was an art gallery in Los Angeles, California that operated from December 1960 to summer 1961. It was located at 740 North La Cienega Boulevard, across the street from the noted Ferus Gallery. Curator Henry Hopkins, who founded the gallery, named it after the French decadent novelist Joris-Karl Huysmans. The gallery showcased the works of several young artists who later had great success, including Joe Goode, Ed Ruscha, and Larry Bell.

West Hollywood Memorial Walk (Memorial Walk) is a memorial and landmark in West Hollywood, California, along the sidewalks of Santa Monica Boulevard between Fairfax Avenue and Doheny Drive, at the eastern border of the City of Beverly Hills. Bronze plaques engraved with the names of those who died from acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS) are embedded in the sidewalk as a tribute. Funds from the purchase of plaques support the programs of California non-profit Aid For AIDS to assist impoverished people in Los Angeles County living with HIV/AIDS.

Book Soup is an independent bookstore located at 8818 Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood, California, and is the largest general interest independent bookstore in Hollywood. The store is "known for its tall, teetering stacks and mazes of shelves crammed with titles that attracted entertainment and tourist industry clientele..." Popular with many in the entertainment industry, the store continues to hosts events featuring a variety of celebrity authors who have so far included Muhammad Ali, Howard Stern, Annie Leibovitz, Chuck Palahniuk, Jenna Jameson, Hunter S. Thompson, Norman Mailer, and The Doors. Considered a "cultural fixture" of the Sunset Strip, Book Soup has also been featured as a location in a number of films and television shows.

Revolver Gallery is a Los Angeles-based art gallery with a one-artist program focused on Andy Warhol's pop art career. With over 300 Warhols in its collection, Revolver houses the largest gallery-owned collection of Andy Warhol's artwork world-wide.

The Pacific Design Center, or PDC, is a 1,600,000-square-foot (150,000 m2) multi-use facility for the design community located in West Hollywood, California. One of the buildings is often described as the Blue Whale because of its large size relative to surrounding buildings and its brilliant blue glass cladding.

Cafe Trocadero was an upscale nightclub that opened on the Sunset Strip in 1934 and immediately became the place where Hollywood stars went to be seen. Photographs of the stars out on the town at the Troc one night might appear in The Hollywood Reporter the next day, as both Cafe Trocadero and THR were owned by William R. Wilkerson. A black tie French-inspired supper club, at 8610 Sunset Boulevard in the posh Sunset Plaza section of the Strip, it was one of the most famous nightclubs in the world.
