Broadway Plaza, also known as Broadway InterPlaza, located near Broadway and Alameda in Denver, Colorado, was a retail complex most notable as the only North American location of the French department store Printemps. The store was open for approximately 16 months before failing, and the building is now the Denver laboratory for the medical testing company Quest Diagnostics. The multi-use complex of buildings is now re-purposed under various ownership entities.

The International Church of Cannabis is a religious organization in Denver that uses cannabis as a sacrament. Members claim the use of cannabis helps elevate people to a higher understanding of self.The chapel headquarters, a converted old church painted by contemporary artists, opened its doors on April 20, 2017. No cannabis consumption is allowed during times the church is open to the public; celebrations of the "sacrament of cannabis" are held for members only.

Louisiana–Pearl station is an island platformed RTD light rail station in Denver, Colorado, United States. Operating as part of the E, F and H Lines, the station was opened on November 17, 2006, and is operated by the Regional Transportation District. It primarily serves the Washington Park and Platt Park neighborhoods, and is located beneath street level adjacent to the west side of I-25. It is the only station on the entire system to be beneath street level. Louisiana–Pearl features a public art, kinetic sculpture entitled Stange Machine created by Ira Sherman and dedicated in 2006.

The Mayan Theater (110 Broadway, Denver, Colorado) is a movie house that opened in 1930 and was part of the Fox Theater Corporation and Fox Intermountain Theaters. Its life as a Fox Theatre is denoted on top of its neon marquee. As with many theaters across the U.S., it ran an A and B slate of films throughout the day. During the Great Depression, the theater held grocery nights where customers had the opportunity to win groceries. The theater closed around 1984. In 1986, the theatre was converted into a three-plex by closing off the balcony and dividing it into two additional small theatres. This conversion included a restoration of the interior walls, decore and lobby. Landmark Theaters has operated the location as an "art house" since 1986. The Mayan is one of the country's three remaining theatres designed in the Art Deco Mayan Revival style. The city of Denver has declared it to be a historic landmark.

Washington Park is a neighborhood and public urban park in Denver, Colorado. The Washington Park located in Denver, Colorado, United States is a blend of historic and contemporary styles of architecture. Its historic buildings, lakes, tennis courts, lawns, large flower gardens, and recreation center provide various experiences for visitors. The park was first developed by Architect Reinhard Scheutze in 1899. Its design was influenced by city planner Kessler, the Olmsted Brothers and the famous philanthropist “The Unsinkable” Molly Brown. The park is a popular with both tourists and area residents, with some comparing it to New York City's Central Park. Apart from activities such as jogging, walking or biking, the park serves as a center for community gatherings, and the American Planning Association designated the park one of its “Great Public Spaces in America” in 2012.

Smith's Irrigation Ditch, originally the Big Ditch and also known as the City Ditch is a historic ditch primarily visible in Washington Park, Denver, Colorado. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.Denver's first irrigation canal, it was surveyed and built during 1860 to 1867, as an open unlined ditch 3 feet (0.91 m) wide at its bottom, steep sides, and 7 feet (2.1 m) wide at the top. It was dug using horse-drawn plows and scrapers, in addition to manual labor.It runs from the Chatfield Dam through 15 miles (24 km) of Englewood, Colorado, with Englewood taking some of its municipal water supply from it. Denver's Water Department takes control at Harvard Gulch near S. Downing St. and East Harvard Avenue and runs it through an enclosed pipeline, now, for about 8 miles (13 km) to Washington Park, where it remains as an open channel. It sustains trees, flowers, grass there.

South Marion Street Parkway is a historic parkway in Denver, Colorado. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986 as part of a set of listings commemorating Denver's Park and Parkway System.It is a four-block section which was completed in 1913.
