The Metal Building Manufacturers Association (MBMA) was founded in 1956 and promotes the design and construction of metal building systems in the low-rise, non-residential building marketplace. A non-profit trade organization, MBMA's headquarters is in Cleveland, Ohio. The organization consists of building system members, who are certified according to standards which have been set by the International Accreditation Service of the International Code Council, and associate members, who work in the metal building industry. MBMA has a General Manager, and it has a chairman and Board of Directors who are elected by members on an annual basis.

Grays Armory is a historic building in Cleveland, Ohio. It was built by the Cleveland Grays, a private military company which was founded in 1837. This is one of the oldest standing buildings in downtown Cleveland located at 1234 Bolivar Rd.

The Brownell School and Annex are three historic former public school buildings located on Sumner Street in Cleveland, Ohio, in the United States. The Queen Anne-style main building was designed by prominent local architect John Eisenmann, and erected from 1884 to 1885. The first annex was designed by noted local architect Frank Seymour Barnum, and completed in 1905. The second annex, also by Barnum, was finished in 1909. Several individuals of local and national importance were educated there or taught school there, and the building served as the first campus of Cuyahoga Community College in 1962. The building was sold to private owners in 1979, and the complex underwent a major renovation from 1983 to 1985. The buildings are a contributing property to the Lower Prospect-Huron Historic District, which was added to the National Register of Historic Places on November 19, 1995. The buildings themselves were added to the National Register on February 1, 2006.

The Hilton Garden Inn is a 120-foot 11 story high-rise hotel in the downtown Cleveland Gateway District. It is postmodern in style and has a color scheme of light red and beige. The Hilton is very squat in structure and occupies over a city block of space length wise, however, width wise it is very thin. It is connected to the Gateway Conference Center. The hotel features 240 rooms and sits directly across the street from Progressive Field which is the home of the Cleveland Indians. It opened in 2002. It was one of the first major new hotels constructed in the central city area of downtown in the new millennium. It is one of four Hilton hotels in Cleveland, the other four being the Hilton Cleveland Downtown Hotel, the Double Tree Hotel Cleveland, and the Hampton Inn (Cleveland). The hotel's location on Carnegie Avenue affords it a view of downtown and surrounding areas. Its location adjacent to offramps to Interstates 71, 77, and 90 makes it the city's only downtown hotel near a major highway.

The Winton Manor is a high-rise former grand hotel that has been converted to a senior living apartment building on Prospect Avenue in the Cleveland Theater District in downtown Cleveland. The building was opened in 1916 as the Hotel Winton.

The Hanna Theatre is a theater at Playhouse Square in downtown Cleveland, Ohio, United States. It is one of the original five venues built in the district, opening on March 28, 1921. The Hanna Theatre reopened in 2008 as the new home of Great Lakes Theater Festival after a major renovation by the classic theater company.

Cleveland Recording Company was a historic recording studio in Cleveland, Ohio, which produced many hit records in the 1960s and 1970s by artists such as James Gang and Grand Funk Railroad.

The Cleveland US Bank Centre building is a high-rise located at 1350 Euclid Avenue in Cleveland, Ohio. Located in the heart of Cleveland's Theater District, the building was formerly known as Renaissance Center. It is the second tallest building in the district after the 1922-built 272 foot Keith Building. The building has total available space of 80,578 square feet (7,485.9 m2), with total space of 262,352 square feet. It was built in 1990 by Architect Richard L Bowen Associates. Other companies that played a part in the building are: Grubb & Ellis Management Services, Inc. - Cleveland Branch, Granicor Inc., Forest City Erectors, Inc., Heritage Development Company, Turner Construction Company, and Duke Construction. The building has an attached parking garage with 444 spaces, Conference Facilities, a Restaurant, and Class A amenities. The building has 15 Floors and totals 210 feet. The tower maintains a popular legend that those on floors 12-15 after midnight see odd figures that resemble Cleveland pioneers from the nearby municipal graveyard. These floors have become popular on local ghost hunts and area legends.

Kennedy's Theatre is a theater in downtown Cleveland, Ohio, part of the Playhouse Square. It is located in the basement under the Center. It is mostly used for intimate performances as it can only fit about 50 comfortably. The space can be repurposed depending on the production.

The Hanna Building is a historically renovated high-rise in downtown Cleveland's Theater District on the corner of East 14th Street and Euclid Avenue. The building stands 194 feet high and rises to 16 stories. It was built in 1921 and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1978. The Hanna is part of the Playhouse Square historic property portfolio and features many of the same features such as news tickers, billboards, and decorative elements as the other "theatrical" buildings in the locale. The Hanna is highly recognizable on the Playhouse Square and is currently the third tallest building in the Theater District behind the B.F. Keith and the US Bank Centre. Like many buildings of the era, the Hanna sits in an oblong fashion in relation to the street grid and runs parallel to the roadways of Euclid Avenue and East 14th Street, respectfully.

The Crowne Plaza Cleveland at Playhouse Square is a mid-sized, 14-story Crowne Plaza hotel in downtown Cleveland's Playhouse Square district, located at the intersection of Huron Road and Euclid Avenue. Originally known as the Wyndham Cleveland at Playhouse Square, the structure helped to complete the revitalization of Playhouse Square. It changed brand names in August 2017.

Playhouse Square is a theater district in downtown Cleveland, Ohio, United States. It is the largest performing arts center in the US outside of New York City (only Lincoln Center is larger). Constructed in a span of 19 months in the early 1920s, the theaters were subsequently closed down, but were revived through a grassroots effort. Their renovation and reopening helped usher in a new era of downtown revitalization in Cleveland, and was called "one of the top ten successes in Cleveland history."
