The Massandra Winery is a winery in Crimea.

Massandra or Masandra (Crimean Tatar: Massandra; Russian: Массандра; Ukrainian: Масандра) is an urban-type settlement in the Yalta Municipality in Crimea. Occupying the spot of an ancient Greek settlement (Tavrida-Ταυρίδα), Masandra was acquired by Counts Potocki in 1783. In the mid-19th century, it passed to Prince Vorontsov Jr, whose father was the governor of New Russia. Enraptured by a picturesque setting, Vorontsov in 1881 engaged a team of French architects to design for him a château in the Louis XIII style. He died the following year and construction work was suspended until 1889, when the messuage was purchased by Alexander III of Russia. The tsar asked architect Maximilian Messmacher to finish the palace for his own use but he did not live to see it completed in 1900. During the Soviet years, the palace was employed by Joseph Stalin as his dacha. Today, Masandra is known for its viniculture and production of dessert and fortified wines. The Massandra Winery was founded by Prince Lev Golitsyn in 1894. The enoteca of the winery contains about one million bottles of wine.A minor planet, 3298 Massandra, discovered in 1979 by N. Chernykh at Nauchnyj, is named after the settlement.

Voskhod (Ukrainian: Восход; Russian: Восход; Crimean Tatar: Cemiyet) is an urban-type settlement in the Yalta Municipality of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, a territory recognized by a majority of countries as part of Ukraine and annexed by Russia as the Republic of Crimea.Voskhod is located on Crimea's southern shore at an elevation of 229 metres (751 ft). It is administratively subordinate to the Massandra Settlement Council. Its population was 384 in the 2001 Ukrainian census. Current population: 466 (2014 Census).

Yalta (Russian and Ukrainian: Я́лта) is a resort city on the south coast of the Crimean Peninsula surrounded by the Black Sea. It serves as the administrative center of Yalta Municipality, one of the regions within Crimea. Yalta, along with the rest of Crimea, is internationally recognised as part of Ukraine, and is considered part of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. However, it is under the control of Russia, which annexed Crimea in 2014 and regards the town as part of the Republic of Crimea. According to the most recent census, its population was 76,746 (2014 Census).The city is located on the site of the ancient Greek colony of Yalita. It is said to have been founded by the Greek settlers who were looking for a safe shore (Γιαλός, yalos in Greek) on which to land. It is situated on a deep bay facing south towards the Black Sea, surrounded by the mountain range Ai-Petri. It has a humid subtropical climate and is surrounded by numerous vineyards and orchards.The area became famous when the city held the Yalta Conference as part of the Allied World War II conferences in 1945. The term "Greater Yalta" is used to designate a part of the Crimean southern coast spanning from Foros in the west to Gurzuf in the east and including the city of Yalta and multiple adjacent urban settlements.

Yalta City Municipality (Russian: Я́лтинский городско́й сове́т; Ukrainian: Я́лтинська міська́ ра́да; Crimean Tatar: Yalta şeer şurası, Ялта шеэр шурасы), officially "the territory governed by the Yalta city council", also known as Greater Yalta (Russian: Большая Ялта) is one of the 25 regions of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, a territory recognized by a majority of countries as part of Ukraine but forcibly incorporated into Russia after Russia invaded Ukraine in 2014. It is a resort region, located at the southern shore of Crimea – one of the most famous recreational territories of the former Soviet Union. Population: 133,675 (2014 Census).

Saint Hripsime Church (Armenian: Սուրբ Հռիփսիմե եկեղեցի, Surp Hripsime Yekeghetsi), is a working Armenian church located in Yalta on the Crimean peninsula, Ukraine and completed in 1917.It is modeled after a church of the same name in Vagharshapat, Armenia. In fact, a piece of that UNESCO World Heritage site church was symbolically used in the base of this church.

Otradnoye or Vidradne (Ukrainian: Відрадне; Russian: Отрадное; Crimean Tatar: Mağaraç) is an urban-type settlement in the Yalta municipality of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, a territory recognized by a majority of countries as part of Ukraine and annexed by Russia as the Republic of Crimea.Vidradne is located on Crimea's southern shore at an elevation of 68 metres (223 ft). The settlement is located 9 km (5.6 mi) southeast from the town of Massandra, which it is administratively subordinate to. Its population was 582 at the 2001 Ukrainian census. Current population: 707 (2014 Census).

The Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, named after St. Alexander Nevsky, is an Eastern Orthodoxy cathedral in Yalta, Crimea, built in 1902, and designed by Nikolay Krasnov.

Villa Elena is an historic building in Yalta in Crimea. Originally a private resident for a merchant, the building today is Crimea's first 5-star hotel.

Roffe Bath is a historical monument located in the center of Yalta, Crimea, part of the ensemble "France" built by the famous architect Nikolay Krasnov, designer of the Greater Livadia Palace, by the order of merchant Alexey I. Roffe, the owner of the guild "Rofe (Roffe) and Sons" with the pool added in front of the portal in Moorish style. Famous personalities as Ivan Bunin, Fyodor Shalyapin, Anton Chekhov and other members of the Society of Writers and scholars stayed at the Roffe Bath.

The Lesya Ukrainka Museum in Yalta is a local history museum dedicated to one of Ukrainian literature's foremost writers, Lesya Ukrainka, who lived on the property for two years in her late twenties. In 1977, more than seventy years after her death, it became a museum dedicated to her memory, as well as a hub for Ukrainian culture and arts. Following the invasion of Crimea by the Russian Federation, its status as such is unknown.

The Oreanda Hotel is a 4-star, historic hotel in Yalta, Crimea, opened in 1907. It is considered a city landmark and overlooks the coastline and neighboring mountains.
