It was established on 1 February 2018 by the merger of Ligosullo and Treppo Carnico and the new municipality became operational the same day.

It was a separate comune until February 1 2018, when it was merged with Ligosullo, which created the Treppo Ligosullo comune.

Torkofel (2,276 m) is a mountain of the Gailtal Alps in Carinthia, Austria. It is the highest summit of the Jauken Group, a small limestone massif west of Reißkofel. It lies between the Drava valley to the north and the Gail valley in the south. It was first climbed in 1853 by the Johann Festin von Wald and Paul Grohmann.

The Gailtaler Polinik (also known as the Angerkofel) is a mountain, 2,332 m above sea level (AA), in the Carnic Alps in the Austrian state of Carinthia. It lies on the main ridge of the Carnics and is the highest peak of the Eastern group.It lies south of the market municipality of Kötschach-Mauthen and northeast of the Plöcken Pass. The easiest and shortest climb runs from the Plöckenhaus via the Spielbodenalm and Spielbodentörl to the summit of the Polinik. Its free-standing situation offers a very impressive panoramic view of the upper Gail valley and the Gailtal Alps.

Dellach im Drautal is a town in the district of Spittal an der Drau in the Austrian state of Carinthia.

Monte Sernio is a remote mountain of the Carnic Alps, in Udine, northeast Italy, with an elevation of 2,187 m. It is located, together with the nearby Creta Grauzaria, in the mountain chain between the Incarojo Valley, near the village of Paularo, and the Aupa Valley. It was first climbed in 1879 by sisters Minetta and Annina Grassi.
