The Tirana Olympic Park Feti Borova (Parku Olimpik “Feti Borova”) is a multi-purpose arena in Tirana, Albania. The Government of Albania held a public tender for the construction of a sports hall in order to host games. The complex was inaugurated the 4 June 2017 with a basketball match between ex-players from the National Teams from Albania and Kosovo. The Prime Minister, Edi Rama and the Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj participated as well in that game. The Olympic Park was built on the site of the Sports Complex of the Sports Services Agency, which was formerly known as the Dinamo Complex, near the Grand Park of Tirana. The former Dinamo Complex used to be a reception centre for Kosovar citizens during the Kosovo War of 1999. The original design for the Olympic Park was released on 28 April 2014, and the Prime Minister, Edi Rama officially unveiled the project at the 'Hall of Maps' in the Prime Ministers Office in a meeting with prominent Albanian sports personalities including Erkand Qerimaj, Daniel Godelli and Luiza Gega. On 10 September 2014 a budget of 605,262,310 Albanian lek was approved, which was around 4,323,302 Euros at the time, thus paving the way for companies to tender offers for the construction of the Olympic Park.

Ish-Blloku (English: Ex-Block), commonly Blloku (English: Block), is an upmarket area in Tirana, Albania. It widely known as an entertainment destination with its boutiques, shops, restaurants, trendy bars, pubs, and cafes. The area is part of the neighbourhood of Tirana e Re in southwestern Tirana. During the peak summer months, its trendy bars transfer along the Albanian Riviera. It became very attractive after the fall of communism in Albania, because during the communist period it was a restricted residential area for the members of the Albanian politburo, ordinary Albanians would not be allowed in. On most maps it was unmarked. In Blloku one can still find the residence of Albania’s communist leader Enver Hoxha. Since the fall of communism in Albania, a dramatic growth of new developments has taken place, with many new exclusive flats and apartments. Ish-Blloku has been called the "playground of the young Albanian elite".Blloku is quite a small, walking neighborhood, easily accessible from different parts of Tirana. The entrance of Blloku is only 10–15 minutes by foot from the city centre of Tirana. The first international fast food chain (KFC) in Albania, were also opened at Ish-Blloku and Tirana East Gate. The Central Technical Construction Archive (AQTN) was established on July 26, 1993 in Tirana, Albania. It gathered technical construction projects of former institutes (ISP, N.GJ.GJ, ISPUK, ISPUN, ISPU) which belonged to Albania's former Ministry of Construction fund, materials from the Municipality of Tirana and KRRTSH decisions. AQTN's documentary archive has over 45,000 files and 556,000 pages, with the first document dating back to 1911 "Reconstruction of Buna Bridge". The main task of the archive is to preserve, maintain and manage the technical documentation in the field of construction to meet the requirements of private and public entities for technical documentation at its disposal.

Arben Broci High School is a high school located in Tirana, Albania. Arben Broci High was opened in 1948. The school was named after Arben Broci, who was one of the four victims that was killed in the anti-communist Albanian protests.The school was rebuilt as part of a government programme to upgrade high schools in Tirana. The reconstruction was completed in the summer of 2006. It was architecturally designed by Arkimade.

University of New York Tirana (UNYT) is the first private university in Albania founded in 2002. UNYT offers English language teaching including three cycles of studies.

The Prison Hospital of Tirana (Albanian: Burgu i Spitalit të Tiranës) is a prison in Tirana, Albania. It was established in 1930. It was closed under the Communist regime, but was reopened in 1998.

Vitrina University was a private university founded in 2004 in Tirana, Albania according to the Court Decision no: 32.237. Its licence was revoked by the Albanian government in August 2014. The university had seven faculties, offered 41 programs, and was a member of the Balkan Universities Network.

Taivani or the Taiwan Center, is a restaurant complex, as well as a multifunctional recreation center located in Rinia Park, just south of Skanderbeg Square in downtown Tirana, Albania. Taivani is one of Tirana's most modern and frequented restaurants and spare time facilities. It also includes a well-equipped bowling center. It is known as Taivani or "Taiwan" as it is said to resemble a small island, in the middle of a park.

The Supreme Court of the Republic of Albania (Albanian: Gjykata e Lartë e Republikës së Shqipërisë) is the highest court of Albania and is the final court of appeals in the country's judicial system. It is composed of seventeen judges: the Chief Justice and sixteen Members.The Supreme Court is the highest court in the judicial branch of the country with its premises located in Tirana. Its main mission is to review the decisions of lower instance courts upon the appeal from one of the parties. It reviews the matter at hand dealing with only with issues of law, without judging the facts, thus guaranteeing through its jurisprudence uniformity in the application of the law and a unified judicial practice.

The German Hospital Tirana is a hospital in Tirana, Albania.

The Presidential Office (Albanian: Presidenca) houses the Office of the President of Albania and is the principal workplace of the president. It consists of the immediate staff of the president, as well as support staff reporting to the president. It is located in the capital city of Tirana.The Presidential Office Building was constructed at first to house the Embassy of the Soviet Union to the People's Republic of Albania, and served for that purpose until 1961, when both countries ceased their diplomatic relations. The discovery of dynamite at the embassy in 1951, as part of an attempted bombing, led to a violent crackdown by the Government of Albania of the time. Following the disintegration of the communist regime in Albania, the building was used for the purpose to house the Office of the President of Albania, having been used for this purpose uninterrupted up to this day.

The Alban Tower is a high-rise office skyscraper in Tirana, Albania. The building was inaugurated on May 12, 2023, and stands at 107 meters (351 ft) tall, being divided into 25 floors.
