Designed by Archea Associati, the B-shaped building has two high-rising towers which peak at a top height of 85 meters (297 ft) and 24 floors with the tallest tower. Opened in 2021, the building complex displays residential suites and commercial spaces.

The Central Technical Construction Archive (AQTN) was established on July 26, 1993 in Tirana, Albania. It gathered technical construction projects of former institutes (ISP, N.GJ.GJ, ISPUK, ISPUN, ISPU) which belonged to Albania's former Ministry of Construction fund, materials from the Municipality of Tirana and KRRTSH decisions. AQTN's documentary archive has over 45,000 files and 556,000 pages, with the first document dating back to 1911 "Reconstruction of Buna Bridge". The main task of the archive is to preserve, maintain and manage the technical documentation in the field of construction to meet the requirements of private and public entities for technical documentation at its disposal.

The Selman Stërmasi Stadium (Albanian: Stadiumi Selman Stërmasi) is a multi-purpose stadium in Tirana, Albania. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home ground of KF Tirana. The stadium holds 9,500 people (all seated). It is named after Selman Stërmasi, one of KF Tirana's best players of all time. The stadium was also used by Dinamo and Partizani until 2010, however, due to failure to cooperate on the admittance fees, these teams were not allowed to use the stadium any further.

It is known for its prime real estate and some of the most expensive residential apartments in Tirana. The Universal Hospital Tirana is located along this street. It intersects with Bajram Curri Boulevard.

The Tirana Mosaic (Albanian: Mozaiku i Tiranës) is a landmark in Tirana, Albania. It is believed to have been part of a 3rd-century Roman house, referred to by local archeologists as the 'Villa rustica'. Later, in the 5th and 6th centuries, a Paleo-Christian Basilica was built around this site. It was declared a cultural monument of the first category in June 1973. The ruins of this Paleo-Christian Basilica were discovered in 1972. In 2002, some other objects were found around the ruins of the house, and today they form the archaeological complex in Tirana. It is the only archaeological monument within the city. Some of the ancient mosaics discovered at the site that feature diverse geometrical patterns and depict poultry and fish. It was re-opened to the public on 23 January 2010.

The European University of Tirana (Albanian: Universiteti Europian i Tiranës, UET) is an accredited private university in Tirana, Albania. It was established in 2006 by four PhD students (at the time): Adri Nurellari, Blendi Kajsiu, Ermal Hasimja, and Henri Çili, in collaboration with business manager Laert Duraj and journalist Robert Rakipllari.UET was licensed by the Albanian Ministry of Education & Sciences on 20 September 2006 following the decision of the Council of Ministers Nr. 636/2006 and is fully accredited by the Quality Assurance Agency of Higher Education.

The Prison Hospital of Tirana (Albanian: Burgu i Spitalit të Tiranës) is a prison in Tirana, Albania. It was established in 1930. It was closed under the Communist regime, but was reopened in 1998.

Eyes of Tirana is a high-rise mixed-use skyscraper under construction in Tirana, Albania. Designed by Henning Larsen Architects, the tower was topped out in 2023 and stands at 135 meters (443 ft) tall, being divided into 31 floors and a ten-storey low-rise building. Upon its completion, the tower is set to contain the functions of a hotel, serviced apartments and offices.

The Alban Tower is a high-rise office skyscraper in Tirana, Albania. The building was inaugurated on May 12, 2023, and stands at 107 meters (351 ft) tall, being divided into 25 floors.
