Spiegelberg Stadium, sometimes called Spieg, is a multipurpose sports stadium located in Medford, Oregon, United States. It was named Medford Stadium until 1983. It is the home for both the North Medford High School and South Medford High School football programs. At capacity Spiegelberg holds nearly 10,000 people in its home and away grandstands, both of which are covered. It is a unique high school football venue in the state of Oregon. The 3A football program from nearby St Mary's High School also uses Spiegelberg for home games, held on Saturday to avoid conflict with the larger schools contests. Spiegelberg is home to Newland Track, which has a blue track surface. In 2004, Spiegelberg had FieldTurf installed and the track was resurfaced. In 2016 the FieldTurf was replaced and the playing surface is now known as Cobb Field.

Jackson County Courthouse is an Art Deco building in Medford, Oregon, United States that was built in 1932, six years after county residents voted to move the county seat from Jacksonville to Medford.The former Jackson County Courthouse, built in Jacksonville, Oregon in 1883, once served as the Southern Oregon Historical Society Museum. It is a contributing property of the Jacksonville Historic District.

The Medford Carnegie Library is a two-story library building located in Medford, Oregon, United States. The building was erected in 1911 (completed in 1912) as a gift from Andrew Carnegie. The Carnegie Library building was vacated in 2004 when all services were moved to a new library building in downtown Medford.Throughout 2009, the building was occupied by various city offices while renovations were being completed on the existing Medford city hall building. The city spent about $210,000 to have Grants Pass-based Ausland Builders Inc. refurbish about an eighth of the 16,000-square-foot structure to make way for the temporary office space in the old children's book section. The work involved seismic upgrades, insulation, new windows and ceilings.After City Hall renovations were complete city offices relocated back and further restoration efforts continued on the Carnegie Building. To date, nearly $1 million in renovations have been made to the building. The city awarded an $800,000 construction bid to S&B James Construction, based in White City, to replace the library's windows and overhaul its heating and air cooling system. The construction money came from various Oregon Department of Energy grants and federal stimulus dollars.

The Medford Hotel was an historic building in Medford, Oregon, United States. The hotel was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988 but was destroyed by a fire in the same year during a renovation.

The Holly Theatre is a historic Spanish Colonial Revival theater in Medford, Jackson County, Oregon, United States.

The James A. Redden Federal Courthouse, formerly the United States Post Office and Courthouse, is a federal courthouse located in Medford, Jackson County, Oregon, United States. Completed in 1916 under the supervision of architect Oscar Wenderoth, it houses the United States District Court for the District of Oregon. A substantial extension was completed in 1940, under the supervision of architect, Louis A. Simon. In September 1996, the United States Senate enacted a bill introduced by Oregon Senator Mark Hatfield to rename the building for long-serving District Court judge James A. Redden.

The Craterian Theater at the Collier Center for the Performing Arts is a state-of-the-art performing arts center located in Medford, Oregon. While the theater has a seating capacity of 732, the theater will frequently hold large, national concerts, dance, and theatrical tours. The Craterian Theater facility is also used for community performances, rehearsals, classes, conferences, receptions, and more. The Theater holds many different types of performances including Broadway tours, traveling musicians, and local performances for organizations such as the Rogue Valley Symphony and the Rogue Valley Chorale. The Craterian Theater also has two theater companies that it has adopted including Teen Musical Theater of Oregon and Next Stage Repertory Company.

Vogel Plaza is a town square at the intersection of E. Main Street and Central Avenue in Medford, Oregon, United States. It is named for Medford's first city councillor Virginia Vogel.The site has hosted many demonstrations and protests, such as a rally for immigrants rights in mid 2018, another after the resignation of Attorney General Jeff Sessions in 2018, and one for Earth Day 2019. The plaza hosted the city's first menorah lighting in 2017.The plaza has a statue of a man playing chess. The city selected an artist to paint a mural on the side of one of the buildings neighboring the plaza in 2019.

The Barnum Hotel, also known as the Hotel Grand, is located in Medford in the U.S. state of Oregon. It was designed by noted southern Oregon architect Frank Chamberlain Clark and built in the heart of Medford's railroad district in 1914-1915 as a business venture of William S. Barnum, owner of the Rogue River Valley Railway Company. Building costs were estimated at $75,000.The four-story American Renaissance Style building was designed to serve railroad travelers and local residents who desired modest accommodations.The hotel was owned by William S. Barnum until December 14, 1927, when it was sold to Mr. and Mrs. J. S. Goswick and renamed the Hotel Grand. It changed ownership several times between 1948 and 1955, and in 1955 was purchased by the Grand Hotel Company who operated it until April 1980. Hotel operations ceased in 1980 and the building remained vacant until 1984. In 1984 it was purchased by developers, extensively remodeled, and converted into low-income apartments. The building was purchased by the Housing Authority of Jackson County in May 2009 for $850,000. It was refurbished and renamed Grand Apartments.The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.

The Elks Lodge, or Medford Elks Building (also known as BPOE Lodge No. 1168), in Medford, Oregon, was built in 1915. The building, located at 202 N. Central Ave, was closed by the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks in 2014, and sold in 2017. It was named one of Oregon's Most Endangered Places by Restore Oregon.The building was designed by architect Frank Chamberlain Clark in Beaux Arts style.

Pear Blossom Park is a park in Medford, Oregon, United States. The Commons at Pear Blossom Park was a collaboration project by the Medford Urban Renewal Agency (MURA) and Lithia Motors.The park has hosted the Art in Bloom Festival, Easter egg hunts, the Pear Blossom Festival and Parade's Street Fair, as well as demonstrations and protests, such as the clean air rally in 2019. The city's Christmas tree has been placed in the park.
