Milwaukee Brewers Wall of Honor

The Milwaukee Braves Wall of Honor is an exhibit located at American Family Field in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, that commemorates baseball players who made significant contributions to the Milwaukee Braves Major League Baseball (MLB) team that played in the city from 1953 to 1965. Previously known as the Boston Braves, the National League (NL) team relocated from Boston, Massachusetts, to Milwaukee after the 1952 season. They won the 1957 World Series under manager Fred Haney. After playing 13 seasons at Milwaukee County Stadium, the club moved to Atlanta, Georgia, as the Atlanta Braves after the 1965 season.The Wall of Honor was established by the Milwaukee Brewers MLB team and the Milwaukee Braves Historical Association in 2004. Each inductee is honored with a bronze plaque bearing their image and a summary of their Braves career, which is affixed to a wall on the third base concourse. As of 2020, nineteen individuals have been inducted.

American Family Field is a retractable roof stadium located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, just southwest of the intersection of Interstate 94 and Brewers Boulevard. It is the home of Major League Baseball's Milwaukee Brewers, and opened in 2001 as a replacement for Milwaukee County Stadium. American Family Field features North America's only fan-shaped convertible roof, which can open and close in less than 10 minutes. Large panes of glass allow natural grass to grow, augmented with heat lamp structures wheeled out across the field during the off-season.

The sculpture depicts Bud Selig, the former Commissioner of Baseball and former owner of the Milwaukee Brewers baseball team. It was dedicated on August 24, 2010.

State Trunk Highway 341 (STH 341, WIS 341), better known as Miller Park Way, was the route designation of a segment of the oldest freeway in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States. It connected Interstate 94 (I-94) to WIS 59 (National Avenue), with a single set of off-ramps to Canal Street and American Family Field's parking lots.

Established by the Milwaukee Brewers MLB team in 2001 with the opening of the stadium, it encompasses the entire history of the Brewers since 1970 and that of the Milwaukee Braves, who played in the city from 1953 to 1965. Twenty-one individuals have been inducted as of 2022.Each inductee is honored with a home plate-shaped granite slab featuring their name, uniform number, signature, and years associated with Milwaukee baseball. The slabs are arranged around American Family Field, circling the stadium and culminating with the statues of Hall of Famers Hank Aaron and Robin Yount, former team owner and Commissioner of Baseball Bud Selig, and broadcaster Bob Uecker.Unlike the Milwaukee Brewers Wall of Honor exhibit at American Family Field, which honors only former Brewers who meet set criteria regarding career milestones or service time, individuals are elected to the Walk of Fame by Wisconsin media members and Brewers executives. Annual ballots include Brewers and Braves who were members of either team for a minimum of three seasons and have been retired for at least three years. Anyone named on 65% or more of all ballots cast is elected. Individuals must receive at least 5% of the vote to remain eligible in future years.

The sculpture depicts Bob Uecker, the popular play-by-play announcer for broadcasts of Milwaukee Brewers baseball games. It was dedicated on August 31, 2012.

The Yount Monument is a public art work by artist Brian Maughan. It is located in front of the Miller Park stadium west of downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The sculpture depicts Robin Yount, a member of the Milwaukee Brewers baseball team, following through after taking a swing at a pitch. The figure wears a 1980s-style uniform with close-fitting calf-length pants, a button-front short-sleeved jersey and a batting helmet. The sculpture was dedicated on April 5, 2001.

The Big Blue was a Lampson LTL-1500 Transi-Lift heavy lift crawler crane that collapsed on July 14, 1999, killing three iron workers.

Teamwork is a public sculpture by Omri Amrany located at American Family Field west of downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Teamwork is cast in bronze and honors three Iron Workers Local 8 members killed during the construction of the new baseball stadium. The sculpture was commissioned by the Habush, Habush and Rottier Charitable Foundation for $250,000.

Helfaer Field, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is a Little League baseball field located next to American Family Field, home of the Milwaukee Brewers. Costing $3.1 million to construct, the field seats up to 722 people. Built near the infield of the former Milwaukee County Stadium, it retains the old foul poles from that field. The location of former home plate for Milwaukee County Stadium is located in marked batters boxes up from third base. Along the left field concourse, there is a marker to designate where the former Milwaukee County Stadium home plate was. Helfaer Field has dimensions of 200 feet to left, center, and right fields. The fences are six feet high.The field is named for Evan Helfaer, a part-owner of the Brewers when they arrived in Milwaukee. A foundation in his name provided the funds to build the field.

Milwaukee County Stadium was a multi-purpose stadium in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Opened in 1953, it was primarily a baseball park for Major League Baseball's Milwaukee Braves and later the Milwaukee Brewers. It was also used for Green Bay Packers football games, ice skating, religious services, concerts, and other large events. Its final season was in 2000, when it was replaced by the adjacent Miller Park (now American Family Field).
