Fuldera

Lü is a village in the Val Müstair municipality in the district of Inn in the Swiss canton of Graubünden. In 2009 Lü merged with Fuldera, Müstair, Santa Maria Val Müstair, Tschierv and Valchava to form the municipality of Val Müstair.

Alpine Astrovillage (AAV) is a center for astrophotography and stargazing in the eastern Swiss Alps, high above the valley floor of the Val Müstair in the canton Graubünden. It was founded by Drs. Vaclav & Jitka Ourednik during the International Year of Astronomy 2009. The complete name is Alpine Astrovillage Lü-Stailas (for “star light” in the Romansh language of the Canton). With its geographic location at an altitude above 1,900 metres (6,200 ft) and an exquisite sky quality with minimal light pollution, AAV is a unique place in Central Europe for all astronomical purposes. The program includes multi-day courses in astrophotography and sky observation. In collaboration with schools, AAV offers students the possibility to accomplish, under competent guidance, the practical parts of their matura (or Bachelor) or Masters projects. AAV also organizes and supervises astrophotography trips to the darkest places on Earth, including visits to the most famous and biggest professional observatories. Meanwhile, the Center enjoys, thanks to its educative activities, great national and international popularity and respect. For years, it has been known as an Erlebnisperle des Kantons Graubünden (Destination Pearl of the canton Graubünden). With its activity, the Center contributes in an important way to the preservation of the last dark sky oases on the planet for the coming generations.

Piz Turettas (2,963 m) is a mountain of the Swiss Ortler Alps, overlooking Fuldera in the canton of Graubünden. It lies between the Val Mora and the Val Müstair.

Valchava is a village in the Val Müstair (Müstair valley) of the canton of Graubünden (Grisons), Switzerland. It was an independent municipality in the district of Inn until on 1 January 2009 Valchava merged with Fuldera, Lü, Müstair, Santa Maria Val Müstair and Tschierv to form Val Müstair.

Lai da Rims (German: Rimsersee) is a lake in Val Müstair, Grisons, Switzerland. The surface area of 17 ha (42 acres) has an elevation of 2396 m. It is the largest lake in the Rom basin, which makes it also the largest lake in the Swiss portion of the Adige basin. It is not to be confused with Lais da Rims, a set of tarn lakes in the Sesvenna Range near S-charl.

Tschierv is a village in the Val Müstair municipality in the district of Inn in the Swiss canton of Graubünden. In 2009 Tschierv merged with Fuldera, Lü, Müstair, Santa Maria Val Müstair and Valchava to form the municipality of Val Müstair.

Monte Forcola (2,906 m) is a peak in Graubünden, Switzerland, close to the Italian border. Approximately 200 metres south of the summit (at the Italian border) is located the triple watershed of the Adige, Po and Danube basins (2,896 m).

Santa Maria Val Müstair (Romansh: Soncha Maria) is a village in the Val Müstair municipality in the district of Inn in the Swiss canton of Graubünden. In 2009 Santa Maria Val Müstair merged with Lü, Müstair, Fuldera, Tschierv and Valchava to form the municipality of Val Müstair.

Val Müstair (German: Münstertal) is a municipality in the Engiadina Bassa/Val Müstair Region in the Swiss canton of Graubünden. It was formed on 1 January 2009 through the merger of Tschierv, Fuldera, Lü, Valchava, Santa Maria Val Müstair and Müstair.

Piz Lad is a mountain of the Swiss Ortler Alps, overlooking Santa Maria Val Müstair in the canton of Graubünden. It lies north of Piz Umbrail.

Piz Umbrail (3,033 m) is a mountain of the Ortler Alps, south of the Umbrail Pass (2,503 m), located on the border between Lombardy (Italy) and Graubünden (Switzerland). The mountain surface is partly of rubble and partly covered by grass, and therefore of little interest to mountaineers, but its proximity to the Umbrail Pass and accessible surface make it a popular destination for other visitors. In winter it is a relatively easy destination for ski-mountaineers.
