Roger Sullivan House

The Alpheus Gay House is a historic house at 184 Myrtle Street in Manchester, New Hampshire. Built c. 1870 by Alpheus Gay, a local building contractor, it is one of the state's most elaborate Italianate houses. The house was owned for a time by the nearby Currier Gallery of Art, but is now in private hands. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

Paul Sobiechowski is the current bishop ordinary of the Eastern Diocese, being consecrated in 2011. He succeeded Thomas Gnat, who was consecrated a bishop in 1978. The constitution and laws of the Polish National Catholic Church provide for the mandatory retirement of bishops at the age of 75.

St George's School and Convent are a historic Roman Catholic complex at 124 Orange Street in Manchester, New Hampshire, United States. Built in 1898–99, they are among the city's finest examples of Romanesque architecture, built to support its burgeoning French Canadian population. The school closed in 1970, after which time the buildings have been used to house social service agencies and act as a community center. The buildings were listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.

The Currier Museum of Art is an art museum in Manchester, New Hampshire, in the United States. It features European and American paintings, decorative arts, photographs and sculpture. The permanent collection includes works by Picasso, Matisse, Monet, O'Keeffe, Calder, Scheier and Goldsmith, John Singer Sargent, Frank Lloyd Wright, and Andrew Wyeth. Public programs include tours, live classical music and "Family Days" which include activities for all ages. The museum maintains two house museums, the Zimmerman House and the Toufic H. Kalil House, both designed by notable architect Frank Lloyd Wright.

The Thomas Russell Hubbard House is a historic house at 220 Myrtle Street in Manchester, New Hampshire. The 2½-story wood-frame house was built in 1867, by a farmer turned businessman and a prosperous owner of a factory and lumberyard, and is an exceptionally elaborate Italianate villa. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.

It is a suffragan diocese in the ecclesiastical province of the metropolitan Archbishop of Boston. The mother church of the Diocese of Manchester is the Cathedral of St. Joseph in Manchester. Its patron saints are St. Joseph and St. Patrick.

The Ash Street School is a historic schoolhouse in Manchester, New Hampshire. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1975. The school occupies the city block bounded by Ash, Bridge, Maple, and Pearl Streets.

Bishop Peter Libasci serves as Bishop of the Diocese of Manchester, and Father Jason Jalbert is the rector of the cathedral parish.

The Red Arrow Diner is a 24-hour diner located in the state of New Hampshire in the United States. The diner currently has four locations, in Manchester, Concord, Londonderry, Nashua, and previously had a location in Milford. Media outlets have repeatedly rated the diner one of the best in the United States, and the diner became known as a recurrent stop for politicians on the New Hampshire primary campaign trail—one of the first in the nation—during presidential primary season.

The Manchester City Library was established in the mid-1850s, and serves the population of Manchester, the largest city in the state of New Hampshire. It is one of twelve libraries in the GMILCS consortium (Greater Manchester Integrated Library Cooperative System) that provides materials and services to the greater Manchester area, and is on the U.S. Department of Interior's National Register of Historic Places, listed under the Victory Park Historic District as a contributing property, one of the four buildings that face the park. Even though the current building was completed in 1914, library services were provided as early as 1844 through a membership-based organization known as the Manchester Atheneum, and then as a public library which was housed in two other buildings. Over the last century, the library has undergone many renovations to maintain the historical integrity of the building. It has continuously provided materials in various formats (print, digital, and multimedia), as well as vital services to the public, including internet access, literacy programs, community events, and educational workshops and classes.

The Carpenter and Bean Block is a historic apartment house at 1382-1414 Elm Street in Manchester, New Hampshire. Built in 1883 and enlarged in the 1890s, it is a well-preserved example of a late Italianate brick tenement building. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2002.
