Isleta Pueblo is a station on the New Mexico Rail Runner Express commuter rail line, located in Isleta Pueblo, New Mexico, half a mile west of NM Highway 47 just off of Tribal Road 15. The station opened to service on December 17, 2008. A shuttle connects this station to the nearby Isleta Casino. The station has free parking, with 75 spaces. Each of the stations contains an icon to express each community's identity. The icon representing this station is the old Isleta Pueblo church.

The Gutiérrez Hubbell House also known as the James Lawrence and Juliana Gutierrez y Chavez Hubbell House, is a historic territorial-style hacienda. The original house dates back to the 1820s, and was enlarged in the 1850s and 1860s. It is located in the village of Pajarito in the South Valley of Albuquerque, New Mexico. The house has existed under three national flags: Spain, Mexico and the United States. The house is listed on the State of New Mexico Register of Cultural Properties as a symbol of the blending of Spanish, Native American and Anglo cultures and traditions, and is also listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It is managed by the National Park Service.

Mesa del Sol (Spanish for "table of the sun") is an uncompleted 16,000-acre (65 km2) mixed-use master planned community in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Mesa del Sol, a 12,900-acre mixed-use community, is located on Albuquerque's South Mesa. By combining job creation with sustainable urban community planning, Mesa del Sol will represent a blend of natural resources, economic objectives, and social amenities in a community with a forward-looking and distinct sense of place. Mesa del Sol is a sustainable city with plans to build 37,000 homes on 4,400 acres of residential property and 18 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail space.

South Valley is a census-designated place (CDP) and town in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, United States. The population was 40,976 at the 2010 Census. It is part of the Albuquerque Metropolitan Statistical Area. The U.S. Postal Service uses "Albuquerque" for all South Valley addresses (ZIP code 87105).

Adam Scott Collegiate and Vocational Institute and Intermediate School, established in 1960, is a high school and middle school in Peterborough, Ontario, Canada, and was named for Adam Scott, Peterborough's first settler. As of 2009, 222 students were enrolled in its Intermediate School (grades seven and eight) and 796 students in the secondary school (grades nine to twelve). The school has an auto shop as well as a basic chemistry lab. It also has a newly renovated library and a courtyard. Adam Scott CVI is part of the Kawartha Pine Ridge District School Board and celebrated its 50th anniversary in the Fall of 2010.Adam Scott CVI is named after Adam Scott, Peterborough, Ontario's first settler.

KDNF (840 AM) is a radio station licensed to Belen, New Mexico, United States, which also serves the Albuquerque area. The station is owned by Sheila and Derek Underhill, through licensee KD Radio Inc. KDNF airs a classic country format branded as "Genuine Country 840". The transmitter tower for KDNF is located in South Valley, New Mexico.

KDAZ (700 AM) is a commercial radio station in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It airs a combination of syndicated talk radio shows and Christian radio programming. It is owned by Pan American Broadcasting Co., Inc. Weekdays, most of the shows heard on KDAZ are conservative talk programs: Markley, Van Camp and Robbins, The Joe Pags Show, The Lars Larson Show and Jay Sekulow. Hourly newscasts are from Salem's Townhall Radio News. Christian programming is heard late nights and weekends, along with syndicated shows from Howie Carr and Todd Starnes. KDAZ is a Class D radio station. By day, it broadcasts at 450 watts. AM 700 is a clear-channel frequency in the United States, reserved for Class A station WLW in Cincinnati. So at night, KDAZ reduces power to 55 watts to avoid interference. Programming is also heard on FM translator K245CD at 96.9 MHz in Albuquerque.

Bernalillo County/International Sunport is a station on the New Mexico Rail Runner Express commuter rail line, located in South Valley, New Mexico, United States. It is located on Second Street, just north of Rio Bravo, and is accessible via Second Street and Prince Street. It serves the residents of the South Valley and as a connection to the Albuquerque International Sunport. The station began service on April 20, 2007 as the sixth station on the line. Passengers can transfer to ABQRide Route 222, which connects the station to the South Valley, the Sunport and the Kirtland Air Force Base. The station has free parking, with 172 spaces. Each of the Rail Runner stations contains an icon to express each community's identity. The icon representing this station is an ear of corn and the sun, which has a meaning that is actually twofold. The corn reflects the South Valley's agricultural heritage, which remains a viable economic influence in the area today. The sun in the icon represents the station’s connection to the Albuquerque International Sunport.

KNML (610 AM "The Sports Animal") is a sports talk formatted radio station owned by Cumulus Media and licensed to Albuquerque, New Mexico. Its studios are located in Downtown Albuquerque and it utilizes daytime and nighttime transmitters that are located within yards of each other in the southwest quadrant of the city, between the Rio Grande and the Albuquerque International Sunport.

Netflix Albuquerque Studios is a film studio located in the Mesa del Sol development of Albuquerque, New Mexico. The premises include eight sound stages, production offices, and a backlot.The studios served as headquarters for the Breaking Bad television show crew, as well as for a number of Hollywood films. The coordinates at which Breaking Bad character Walter White buries his money in the season 5 episode "Buried"—34°59′12″N 106°36′31″W—actually points to Albuquerque Studios.In October 2018, it was announced that Netflix was in negotiations to buy the studio and make it the primary production facility for Netflix Originals. The company acquired the facility with a $30 million capital investment. It was originally built in 2007 with a budget of around $91 million.In November 2020, Netflix announced that the facility will be expanded by 300 acres (120 ha) with $1 billion dollars committed towards spending for production. KTBL (1050 AM) is a commercial radio station licensed to the village of Los Ranchos de Albuquerque, New Mexico, and serves the Albuquerque metropolitan area. It is owned by Cumulus Media and its studios are located in Downtown Albuquerque and the transmitter tower is located in South Valley, New Mexico. KTBL operates with 1,000 watts. The station airs an active rock format branded as "94.5 The Pit" with the use of FM translator K233CG broadcasting at 250 watts off Sandia Crest.
