Jubilee Street, Hong Kong

Central Market was a fresh food market in Central, Hong Kong and the first wet market in the city. It is one of only two existing Bauhaus market buildings in Hong Kong, the other one being Wan Chai Market.After years of disuse, it was reopened to the public on Aug 23, 2021 as a new centre for retailers, eateries and public areas. This was after a major renovation led by the Urban Renewal Authority, which retained some original architectural structures, such as some market stalls and its iconic stairwell. It is located between Jubilee Street, Queen Victoria Street, Queen's Road Central and Des Voeux Road Central. By its side is the first public female toilet and first above-ground toilets in Hong Kong.

Queen Victoria Street (Chinese: 域多利皇后街; pinyin: Yùduōlì Huánghòu Jiē; Cantonese Yale: wik6 do1 lei6 wong4 hau6 gaai1) is a one-way street in Central, Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong. Named after Queen Victoria, the street stretches from Connaught Road Central to Queen's Road Central. The street is noted for the many landmarks that it runs past, namely Central Market and the headquarters of the Hang Seng Bank.

The Central–Mid-Levels escalator and walkway system in Hong Kong is the longest outdoor covered escalator system in the world. The system covers over 800 m (2,600 ft) in distance and traverses an elevation of over 135 m (443 ft) from bottom to top. It opened in 1993 to provide an improved link between the Central and Mid-Levels on Hong Kong Island. The top stage of the escalator system between Robinson Road and Conduit Road has been replaced, and went operational on 11 July 2018. In early 2019, three refurbished escalators between Mosque Street and Robinson Road went operational. In June 2019, two replaced escalators between Caine Road and Elgin Street opened to the public. The escalator between Gage Street and Wellington Street is currently under refurbishment. Apart from serving as a mode of transportation, the system is also a tourist attraction and is lined with restaurants, bars, and shops.

The Hang Seng Bank New Headquarters Building is a skyscraper at No. 83 Des Voeux Road Central, Central, Hong Kong. It houses the headquarters of the Hang Seng Bank.

The original Man Yee Building (Chinese: 萬宜大廈; Jyutping: maan6 ji4 daai6 haa6), initially built in 1957, was the first building in Hong Kong with escalators.Located between Queen's Road Central, Pottinger Street and Des Voeux Road Central in Central on the Hong Kong Island, the tower was demolished in 1999 and was rebuilt as a 35-storey (344 ft/105 m) tower with total office space of 290,000 square feet (27,000 square meters). It is owned by Man Hing Hong Property Management and Agency Company Limited and designed by architectural firm Rocco Design Architects Limited.

Pottinger Street is a street in Central, Hong Kong. It is also known as the Stone Slabs Street (Chinese: 石板街) since the street is paved unevenly by granite stone steps. It was named in 1858 after Henry Pottinger, the first Governor of Hong Kong, serving from 1843 to 1844. It is a Grade I historic building.

The Center (Cantonese Yale: Jūngwàahn Jūngsām) is the fifth tallest skyscraper in Hong Kong, after International Commerce Centre, Two International Finance Centre (88 storeys), Central Plaza and Bank of China Tower. With a height of 346 m (1,135 ft), it comprises 73 storeys. The center is one of the few skyscrapers in Hong Kong that is entirely steel-structured with no reinforced concrete core and is one of the tallest steel buildings in world. It is located on 99 Queen's Road Central in the Central, roughly halfway between the MTR Island line's Sheung Wan and Central stations.

United Pier (Chinese: 統一碼頭) (1933–1994) was a ferry pier in Central, Hong Kong. It was located at Jubilee Street, so it was formerly named "Jubilee Street Pier" (租卑利街碼頭).

Cochrane Street (Chinese: 閣麟街; Cantonese Yale: gok3 leun4 gaai1) is a hilly street between Queen's Road Central and the junction with Gage Street and Lyndhurst Terrace in Central, Hong Kong. The whole street hosts the Central–Mid-Levels escalators.
