The Pinacoteca metropolitana di Bari or Pinacoteca C. Giaquinto is a public gallery of paintings and museum of artworks in the city of Bari, Italy. The museum displays a range of artistic works connected to the region of Apulia.

The Orto Botanico di APS Parco Domingo Comunità Empatica e Sostenibile – Bari, also known as the Orto Domingo, Orto dei Miracoli, and Hortus Botanicus Barensis, is a botanical garden in Bari, Apulia, Italy. The garden was established in 1955, opened in 1960, and in 1964 doubled in size to 11,500 m2 (1.15 ha). It is operated by the APS Parco Domingo and is open Monday through Friday mornings. The site includes a greenhouse and a herbarium with about 40,000 specimens. The garden collections include: Aizoaceae – Lithops (about 60 taxa) and similar genera (Conophytum, Dinteranthus, and Gibbaeum) Orchidaceae – 33 taxa from the districts of Puglia Gargano, Murgia North-West, Salento and Valle d'Itria. Genera include Aceras, Barlia, Cephalanthera, Dactylorhiza, Himantoglossum, Ophrys, Orchis, Platanthera, and Serapias Ornamental and useful plants – Collections of Cycadaceae, Leguminosae, and Musaceae. About 115 taxa of mainly Italian flora, including Grindelia robusta, Levisticum officinale, and Rumex acetosa Arecaceae – including Arecastrum romanzoffianum, Butia capitata, Chamaerops humilis, Erythea armata, Jubea chilensis, Livistona chinensis, Rhapis humilis, Sabal palmetto, Phoenix roebelenii, Phoenix dactylifera, Phoenix canariensis, Trachycarpus fortunei, and Washingtonia filifera Pugliesi plants – regional plants including Campanula garganica, Cistus clusii, and Viola graeca

Bari Parco Sud (Italian: Stazione di Bari Parco Sud) is a railway station in the Italian city of Bari, in the Province of Bari, Apulia. The station opened on 14 December 2004 and lies on the Adriatic Railway (Ancona–Lecce). The train services are operated by Trenitalia.

The Accademia di Belle Arti di Bari is a public tertiary academy of art in Bari, in Puglia in southern Italy. It was established on 1 October 1970 and was formally approved by presidential decree on 15 March 1973.: 359 : 7878 Like other state art academies in Italy, it became an autonomous degree-awarding institution under law no. 508 dated 21 December 1999, and falls under the Ministero dell'Istruzione, dell'Universita e della Ricerca, the Italian ministry of education and research.

Teatro Margherita is a former theatre in the city of Bari, Apulia on the east coast of Italy. Its predecessor, a wooden structure called Varietà Margherita opened on September 5, 1910. From 1912–1914, a new theatre was erected by architect Francesco De Giglio. It opened in 1914. The Teatro Margherita was used as a theatre and cinema until 1979. It is used as a museum now.

The Sacrario dei Caduti Oltremare (War Memorial of the Fallen Overseas) is a World War II memorial located in the city of Bari, in the Apulia region of Southern Italy. The shrine, inaugurated in 1967, houses the remains of 75,098 Italian soldiers killed overseas (North Africa, East Africa and the Balkans) in both World Wars as well as in Italy's colonial wars (most of those buried in the shrine died in World War II).The burials, of whom 29,051 are known, 5,675 known but not identified, and 40,372 unknown, are divided in ten sectors, each of them corresponding to a different theatre and/or time period: Jugoslavia 1940–1945, Libya 1911–1939, Libya 1940–1943, Albania 1915–1918, Greece and Albania 1940–1945, Morocco 1940–1943, East Africa, Tunisia 1940–1943, Algeria 1940–1943, North Africa 1940–1943.The fallen buried in the war memorial include eleven generals and admirals (among them General Giuseppe Tellera (1882–1941 †), the highest ranking Italian officer killed in action in World War II), 192 recipients of the Gold Medal of Military Valor, and 140 Eritrean and Libyan Askari whose remains were moved to Italy in 1972 after the decommissioning of the Tripoli War Memorial, together with the remains of the Italian soldiers buried there.The memorial also includes a museum illustrating Italy's wars and military campaigns between 1882 and 1945, containing many war relics, uniforms, weapons, and documents.

The university is one of the most prestigious universities in southern Italy and it is one of the largest in Italy, with a student population of around 60,000. A recent name change refers to the statesman Aldo Moro (1916-1978), a student of law there until 1939 who then served as ordinary professor of philosophy of Law and Colonial Policy (1941) and of Criminal Law (1942).
