The buildings are designed in the Spanish Colonial Revival style and feature stucco exteriors, Spanish tile roofs, open-arched porches, and curved bracketing around the doors. The stone walkway between the homes is lined by palm trees.The court was added to the National Register of Historic Places on November 15, 1994.

The House at 1487 Loma Vista Street is a historic house located at 1487 Loma Vista Street in Pasadena, California. The American Craftsman house was built in 1913 in the city's Pasadena Heights neighborhood. A gable with paired brackets covers the front porch and part of the first story; the gable is supported by three concrete piers topped by decorative lumber uprights. The sides and rear of the house each have gables at both the first and second stories. All of the gables in the house have exaggerated peaks inspired by Asian architecture, wide eaves, and exposed rafter tails. The property includes a similarly designed garage, which also has an exaggerated gable peak and is considered a contributing building.The house was added to the National Register of Historic Places on August 20, 2004.

Orange Grove Court is a bungalow court located at 745 East Orange Grove Blvd. in Pasadena, California. The court, which was built in 1924, contains twelve single-family houses arranged along a central walkway. The houses were designed in the Mission Revival style and feature arched porches and windows, stucco exteriors, and tile roofs. A double arch is located at the end of the walkway, a variation on the common practice of placing another home at the end of the walkway in a bungalow court. According to its National Register of Historic Places nomination, the court "epitomizes the concept of the Southern California bungalow court" due to its layout and Mission Revival details.

Lake Avenue Congregational Church is a historic church located at 393 N. Lake Avenue, Pasadena, California. It is a member of the Conservative Congregational Christian Conference. Lake Avenue Congregational Church was founded in Pasadena in 1896. The congregation's first minister was Allen Hastings. William Waterhouse, the mayor of Pasadena, was one of the earliest members and donated property to build their first building. The Worship Center and Family Life buildings were completed in 1989. A sixth building at 738 Santa Barbara was added in 1956; this building is not considered part of the historic court.The court was added to the National Register of Historic Places on July 11, 1983.

It is located in the median of Interstate 210 (Foothill Freeway), below North Lake Avenue, after which the station is named, in Pasadena, California. The light rail station opened on July 26, 2003, as part of the original Gold Line, then known as the "Pasadena Metro Blue Line" project. It is one of the A Line stations near the Rose Parade route on Colorado Boulevard and is used by people coming to see the parade on New Year's Day.This station features station art called Everyday People, created by artist Pat Ward Williams. The House at 1141 North Chester Avenue is a historic house located at 1141 North Chester Avenue in the Bungalow Heaven district of Pasadena, California. John A. Jergenson designed and built the airplane bungalow for himself and his wife in 1914. The house is wood frame with a stone wall foundation; stone is also used in the four wide piers supporting the porch. The small, central upper story is the characteristic feature of the airplane bungalow design, which takes its name from the half-story's resemblance to an airplane cockpit. The gable roofs on both stories feature wide, overhanging eaves and exposed rafter tails.The house was added to the National Register of Historic Places on June 14, 2014.
