Fedw Fawr is an area on the east coast of Anglesey, North Wales, situated just under four miles north of Beaumaris. It is part of the Arfordir Gogleddol Penmon Site of Special Scientific Interest and is managed by the National Trust. The site covers 20 hectares most of which is made up of peaty gley soil.The cliffs at Fedw Fawr support the only black guillemot colony in Wales.

St Cawrdaf's Church is a church in the village of Llangoed, Isle of Anglesey, Wales. The building dates from the 17th century and underwent renovations in the 19th century. It was designated a Grade II-listed building on 30 January 1968.

Llangoed Common is a local nature reserve on Anglesey. The common is located North of the village of Llangoed just off the B5109 and not far from Castell Aberlleiniog. This common land was once grazed by the villagers' cattle, but long since abandoned it has developed into wet woodland of willow and alder.

To the south of the village is a primary school, Ysgol Gynradd Llangoed, and small housing estates. Sports fields are the location of an annual Rugby sevens competition. Undulating green farmland surrounds the village, with fine views to the Menai Strait, the Irish Sea and the mountains of Snowdonia (in Welsh, Eryri). The community also includes the villages of Glan-yr-afon, Caim, and Penmon.

Castell Aberlleiniog (Castle of the Mouth of the Lleiniog) is a motte and bailey fortress near the Welsh village of Llangoed on the Isle of Anglesey, built between 1080 and 1099 by Hugh d'Avranches, 1st Earl of Chester. It is about two miles distant from Beaumaris Castle, and was built atop a very steep hill.

Llanfihangel Din Sylwy (spelling variants include Llanfihangel Din Silwy and Llanfihangel Tyn Sylwy) is a small, coastal (former) parish in the commote of Dindaethwy in north-east Anglesey, three miles north-northwest of Beaumaris. A scattered settlement, it is distinguished by a hillfort known as Din Sylwy or Bwrdd Arthur and by a late medieval church dedicated to St. Michael (Welsh: Mihangel). The hillfort constitutes a relatively flat but partly overgrown area, 600 yards from the Irish Sea. Two entrances have been detected. The small fifteenth-century church consists of a simple nave and chancel and preserves a number of original features.

Located on the eastern end of Red Wharf Bay, some 3 kilometres north west of Llangoed, it is noteworthy from the evidence of pre-historic occupation and as a Site of Special Scientific Interest designated for its botanical interest. The tiny medieval church of St Michael is on the eastern side of the hill fort.
