Campus High School is a member of the Kansas State High School Activities Association and offers a variety of sports programs. Athletic teams compete in the 6A division and are known as the "Colts". Extracurricular activities are also offered in the form of performing arts, school publications, and clubs. The school layout features a college "campus" type courtyard with sidewalks going to each end of the building, and a clock-tower with a bell underneath. It also has numerous sports fields north of the building, and a nearby lake which is used for science classes.
