The Kowloon Southern link is a section of the MTR Tuen Ma line, linking Nam Cheong station and East Tsim Sha Tsui station. The rail link is fully underground, lies along the south-west coastline of Kowloon Peninsula, east of rail tracks of the Tung Chung line and Airport Express. Kowloon Southern Link has one underground intermediate station called Austin station (formerly West Kowloon station). It is located adjacent to the Canton Road Government Offices, close to Kowloon station of Tung Chung line and Airport Express. However, the structures do not provide a direct transfer between the two stations.

Jordan Road Ferry Pier or Ferry Point (1924–1998) (Chinese: 佐敦道碼頭) is a demolished pier originally located at Jordan Road, Jordan, Hong Kong.

Man Wah Sun Chuen (Chinese: 文華新村) is a private housing estate at the junction of Jordan Road and Ferry Street, in Yau Ma Tei, Kowloon, Hong Kong, near the former Jordan Road Ferry Pier (now MTR Austin station). Formerly the site of the warehouse of Yaumatei Ferry Pier on the reclaimed land of West Jordan, Man Wah Sun Chuen has a total of eight blocks built in 1965 and it is one of the oldest private housing estates in Hong Kong. Its three sides were surrounded by the sea before the West Kowloon Reclamation was completed in the 1990s.

Ferry Point (Chinese: 渡船角), also known as Austin, is an area located on the west of Jordan, Kowloon, Hong Kong. It was at the seafront and adjacent to former Jordan Road Ferry Pier. However, after reclamation, the ferry pier was then demolished and the name Austin is frequently used instead of Ferry Point. Ferry Point is often considered as the area at the west of Jordan and Kwun Chung, the south of Tai Kok Tsui and the east of Elements (a mall above Kowloon station of the MTR Airport Express and Tung Chung line).

Ferry Street (Chinese: 渡船街) is a throughfare running north–south through Mong Kok, Yau Ma Tei, and Jordan. It is a major road housing the West Kowloon Corridor above it, making it one of the busiest roads in Kowloon. Before the start of land reclamation in the 1990s, this road marked the coast of West Kowloon, and most piers were built on this road, hence the name.

Hong Kong Community College (HKCC) was established in 2001 and is a subsidiary of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. HKCC offers associate degree and higher diploma programmes spanning the domains of arts, science, social sciences, business and the specialised areas of design and health studies for secondary school leavers. Initially located on the PolyU campus, HKCC now has two campuses separated from the university. With a floor area totalling over 57,000 square metres (610,000 sq ft), the two campuses provide teaching and recreational facilities, including lecture theatres, classrooms, a library, a computer centre, multi-purpose rooms, halls, sky gardens, a cafeteria and communal areas. Since its establishment, HKCC has helped over 31,100 graduates matriculate into bachelor’s degree programmes.

Yau Ma Tei Police Station is a police station in Yau Ma Tei, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Its buildings at No. 627 Canton Road, at the junction of Public Square Street, were erected in 1922 after relocation from the junction of Public Square Street and Shanghai Street. The station closed on 22 May 2016 (except for the reporting centre, which will remain open to the public). A new station of the same name opened on that date at No. 3 Yau Cheung Road.

Broadway Cinematheque (Chinese: 百老匯電影中心) is a cinema in Yau Ma Tei, Hong Kong, run by Broadway Circuit. Located in Prosperous Garden, a public housing estate, the cinema screens a wider spectrum of films including independent and art films than other cinemas in Hong Kong. The cinema hosts four houses with 476 seats (115 normal seats + 4 wheelchair seats per house). It also has a book store, Kubrick, which specializes in books about films, and has a café adjacent to it.

Fruit Market, also known as Yau Ma Tei Fruit Market and Yau Ma Tei Wholesale Fruit Market, is a wholesale fruit market in Yau Ma Tei, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

Charming Garden (Chinese: 富榮花園) is a Home Ownership Scheme and Private Sector Participation Scheme court in Mong Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong, built on reclaimed land of the old Yau Ma Tei Typhoon Shelter. It was jointly developed by Hong Kong Housing Authority and Chevalier Group. It comprises 18 blocks completed in 1998.

HKMA David Li Kwok Po College is a directly subsidised (DSS) college in Hong Kong, using English as the primary medium of instruction.Founded in 2000, HKMA David Li Kwok Po College provides bilingual and multicultural education to learners in Hong Kong. As an English Medium of Instruction school, all school subjects are taught in English, except Chinese language for junior forms, which is taught in Cantonese. The college's team of teachers come from Anglophone countries such as Hong Kong, Canada, Malaysia, France, India and the UK. In 2010, the College has maintained a ratio whereby more than 15% of their teaching staff has been recruited from outside of Hong Kong. Furthermore, 97% of its teaching staff possess both recognized university degrees and teaching qualifications.

Reclamation Street is a street stretching from Jordan to Mong Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong. As its name suggests, it was built on the reclaimed western shore of the Kowloon Peninsula.
