Crown Sydney

The International Towers Sydney are three commercial skyscrapers in central Sydney, in the Barangaroo area. Construction on the towers began in 2013 and ended in mid 2016. They form the core of the commercial, residential, retail and leisure development at Barangaroo South. More than 50 per cent of the Barangaroo South precinct (7.6 hectares) is accessible to the public. The ITS development delivers 283,900 m2 of commercial office space, approximately 800 residential apartments, up to 90 retail outlets and a landmark international hotel, Crown Sydney. The three office skyscrapers International Towers Sydney, individually known as International Tower 1, 2 and 3, were designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners.

One Sydney Harbour is a skyscraper complex under construction in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. It includes 808 apartments in three towers, and is being built by Lendlease. The three towers are 247 metres (72 floors), 230m (68), and 104m (29) tall respectively. The project is part of the major urban renewal precinct of Barangaroo, which also includes International Towers Sydney and Crown Sydney. The project was first proposed as an early concept in 2013, before Renzo Piano's design entry was appointed as the final design in 2015. Approval was given to the two towers in 2017, with construction commencing in 2019.

The S.H. Ervin Gallery is a major public art institution housed in the historic National Trust Centre in Observatory Park, Sydney. "The gallery's exhibition programme is designed to explore the richness and diversity of Australian art, both historical and contemporary, and present it in new contexts." The gallery also encourages research and promotes the practice of appraising the work of Australian artists. It is named after Samuel Henry Ervin.

Richmond Villa is a heritage-listed home located in Millers Point, an inner city suburb of Sydney, in the City of Sydney local government area of New South Wales, Australia. It was designed by the notable colonial architect Mortimer Lewis in the Gothic Revival style. The villa was listed on the City of Sydney local heritage register on 14 December 2012 and is located adjacent to Glover cottages, which are listed on the New South Wales State Heritage Register.

Barangaroo ferry wharf is a ferry wharf located on the eastern side of Darling Harbour, in Sydney, Australia. The wharf is the major public transport link of the Barangaroo precinct, situated west of the Sydney central business district. The complex consists two wharves, with provision for a third wharf in the future. It is serviced by Sydney Ferries' F3 Paramatta River and F4 Pyrmont Bay services. The wharf opened on 26 June 2017. Barangaroo was built on the premise of being a second major terminal for the Sydney Ferries network, after Circular Quay. The third ferry wharf in the history of the Sydney Ferries network to be situated in Darling Harbour, it serves as a replacement for King Street Wharf 3, designed as a long-term solution to a conclusion made by the Walker Report, which called for easing of congestion through a second terminal at Darling Harbour. Originally scheduled to be opened in 2016, construction of the wharf was delayed by a year, and was controversial for many alleged occupational health and safety violations, which resulted in the death of a worker in February 2017.

The Glover cottages are two semi-detached cottages in Kent Street, Millers Point, a suburb of Sydney, in New South Wales, Australia. The cottages were completed in the Colonial Georgian style between 1820 and 1838.

The MSB Stores Complex is a heritage-listed former warehouse and gas manufacturing plant and now offices and storage located at 2-4 Jenkins Street, in the inner city Sydney suburb of Millers Point in the City of Sydney local government area of New South Wales, Australia. It was built from 1844. It is also known as Maritime Services Board Office and Store and Australian Gas Light Company Stores and Offices. It was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 18 April 2000.

Barangaroo railway station is a future underground rapid transit station for the inner-city Barangaroo precinct in Sydney, Australia. The proposal, announced in 2015, forms part of Transport for NSW's Sydney Metro City & Southwest scheme and would make Barangaroo the first stop for southbound metro trains in the central business district (CBD).While plans for a harbour rail tunnel have been government policy for more than a decade, neither the 2005 Metropolitan Rail Expansion (MREP) and 2012 Sydney's Rail Future strategies envisaged the new line stopping at Barangaroo. The various metro rail proposals of 2008–10, which involved lines running west from the CBD towards Rozelle and the northern suburbs, would have included a station between Wynyard and Barangaroo. These proposals were shelved in 2010, however. The government also considered a light rail line from Central to Barangaroo via Sussex Street and Hickson Road, but nothing came of this proposal. With the first buildings at Barangaroo opening in 2015 and no mass transit construction imminent, Transport for NSW instead began work on the Wynyard Walk: a pedestrian tunnel to connect Wynyard station and the new precinct. The walkway was opened in September 2016.In 2015, Premier Mike Baird announced the government's intention to divert the second harbour rail crossing via Barangaroo to allow a station to be built there. On 10 November 2018 NSW Transport announced that a 180-year-old timber boat was met with during excavation works for the Metro station, regarded as 'the oldest boat of its kind ever found in NSW'. Wood samples revealed it is made from Sydney Blue Gum, Stringybark and Spotted Gum. Starting from October 2019, excavation and tunnelling work has begun at the Barangaroo station precinct and under the Sydney Harbour. This station is scheduled to open in 2024, as part of the Sydney Metro City & Southwest.

Barangaroo is an area of central Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. It is located on the north-western edge of the Sydney central business district and the southern end of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. It is part of the local government area of the City of Sydney. The area was used for fishing and hunting by Indigenous Australians prior to colonial settlement. The area is inclusive of The Hungry Mile, the name harbourside workers gave to the docklands area of Darling Harbour East during The Great Depression, where workers would walk from wharf to wharf in search of a job, often failing to find one. In 2003, the Government of New South Wales determined that the precinct would be redeveloped from shipping and stevedoring facilities to provide more commercial office space and recreational areas. This redevelopment has moved from design contest to concept plan from 2005 to 2012. In the interim, stevedoring facilities have been relocated, some of the site remediated, and temporary alternate uses such as major events implemented, pending major development. The site is managed by an agency of the NSW Government, called the Barangaroo Delivery Authority.Redevelopment commenced in 2012 and is expected to be entirely completed by 2023. The redevelopment involves parkland with several new apartment buildings, as well as a metro station, hotel, "cultural space" and casino.

Millers Point is an inner-city suburb of Sydney, in the state of New South Wales, Australia. It is on the north-western edge of the Sydney central business district, adjacent to The Rocks and is part of the local government area of the City of Sydney. Millers Point lies on the southern shore of Sydney Harbour, beside Darling Harbour. The Barangaroo development is taking place on 22 hectares of land on the western side of the suburb. Sections of Millers Point have been included as part of The Rocks area in the past and some residents and businesses still use it in their address.

Grafton Bond Store is a heritage-listed former bond store and warehouse and now offices located at 60 Hickson Road, in the inner city Sydney suburb of Millers Point in the City of Sydney local government area of New South Wales, Australia. The 1881 sections of the building were designed by William Wardell. It was incorporated into the new Maritime Centre (also known as Price Waterhouse Building) in the 1980s. It was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 18 April 2000.

The property was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 2 April 1999.
