Weir Hill

The Capt. Timothy Johnson House is a historic late First Period house in North Andover, Massachusetts. The 2+1⁄2-story wood-frame gambrel-roofed house was built ca. 1720 by Timothy Johnson, a leading Andover resident who led Massachusetts troops in the 1745 Siege of Louisbourg. The building has a wealth of well-preserved first and second period Georgian detailing.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990., and is currently occupied.

The Col. John Osgood House is a historic late First Period house in North Andover, Massachusetts. The original part of the house, its left side, was built c. 1720. A second, similar building (without chimney) was then attached to the right side of the chimney at a later date, demonstrating an unusual method of joining the two structures. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.

The Kittredge Mansion is a historic house in North Andover, Massachusetts. This three story wood-frame house was built in 1784 for Joseph Kittredge, and has remained in the family. Its construction and design have been attributed to noted Salem, Massachusetts builder Samuel McIntire. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976, and included in the North Andover Center Historic District in 1979.

The Samuel Osgood House is a historic house in North Andover, Massachusetts, USA. Built about 1740, it is said to be the birthplace of Samuel Osgood (1747 – 1813), a member of the Continental Congress and the first United States Postmaster General. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974.

Ridgewood Cemetery is a historic cemetery at 177 Salem Street in North Andover, Massachusetts. Organized in 1849 and opened in 1850, it is the town's third cemetery, and the first in the then-fashionable rural cemetery style. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2016. It is owned and operated by a non-profit cemetery association, and remains in active use, with about 3,000 marked burials.

The Abiel Stevens House is a historic First-Period house in North Andover, Massachusetts. The 2+1⁄2-story wood-frame house is unusual for retaining its basic 18th century form with minimal alteration. The house was built in 1710 by Abiel Stevens, one of Andover's early major landowners. The major alterations since Stevens built the house include a late 18th-century lean-to added to the back of the house, and the front porch, which dates to the same time.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.

The Parson Barnard House is a historic late-First Period house at 179 Osgood Street in North Andover, Massachusetts. The 2+1⁄2-story wood-frame house was built in 1715 by Parson Thomas Barnard after his previous house burned down. The house is one of the most important First Period houses in New England, due its unique, transitional features and excellent state of preservation. For many years it was believed to be the home of colonial governor Simon Bradstreet and his wife Anne. The house was purchased in 1950 by the North Andover Historical Society, and is open for tours seasonally. The property also includes a late 18th-century carriage house. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974, and included in the North Andover Center Historic District in 1979.

North Andover High School is a public high school in the town of North Andover, Massachusetts, United States. The school is a part of the North Andover Public School System, and is the only high school in the district. Construction on the school was completed in February 2004.

Osgood Hill – also known as the Stevens Estate at Osgood Hill– is a mansion and estate at 709–23 Osgood Street in North Andover, Massachusetts. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1999. Textile manufacturer Moses Tyler Stevens created the estate between 1884 and 1886, with architect William Cummings Richardson, who designed the mansion and several outbuildings. Richardson emulated the Romanesque Revival style popularized by H. H. Richardson (no relation). Osgood Hill is one of the finest intact examples of the Aesthetic Design Movement of the late 1800's. Inspired by Oscar Wilde's 1882 North American lecture tours on the subject of the Aesthetic Movement, the " House Beautiful" at Osgood Hill was designed as a dramatic acknowledgement of the philosophy of the famed playwright, poet genius and social commentator; that the vital intensity of the aesthetic experience is the paramount goal in human life, that art needs no justification and need not serve a moral purpose. The property has three times been saved from development: in 1951 it was donated to Boston University by the Stevens heirs to avoid that fate; and the town of North Andover purchased the property in 1995 when the university planned to sell it for development as house lots. It is operated as a conference center and is a popular venue for weddings.
