The Tucker Carriage House is a historic carriage house located at Raleigh, North Carolina, United States. It is a large, three-story outbuilding that is the only remaining structure from the estate of Rufus Sylvester Tucker, a Confederate army officer and prominent merchant in post-Civil War Raleigh. It is believed to have been built around 1883, when Tucker purchased materials for a "wagon shed", but does not appear on maps of the area until 1909.The carriage house is 35 feet (11 m) wide and 100 feet (30 m) long, and originally housed the estate's wheeled vehicles as well as the horses and mules that pulled them. The building is sheathed in clapboard on the first floor, and shakes on the second. The roof is covered with slate shingles and is capped by a square cupola that served to ventilate the interior.

The Pine State Creamery is a former dairy products factory in Raleigh, North Carolina. It is a Moderne style building, built in 1928. It is a two-story, five bay by six bay, flat-roofed reinforced concrete building in cream-colored brick. It features a crenellated parapet at the roofline and a three-story corner tower. Additions were made to the original building in the 1940s and 1960s. The building has been converted to office and retail functions.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1997 and is a Raleigh Historic Landmark.

Boylan Apartments is a historic apartment complex located in Raleigh, Wake County, North Carolina. The three buildings were built in 1935, and are three-story, Colonial Revival style brick buildings arranged in a "U" shape plan around an open courtyard. Each building consists of 18 one and two-bedroom units. They were designed by the architectural firm Linthicum & Linthicum and built with funds supplied by the Public Works Administration (PWA).It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2007.

Elmwood is a historic home located at Raleigh, Wake County, North Carolina. It was built about 1810–1815, and is a 2+1⁄2-story, three bay by four bay, Federal-style frame dwelling with a gable roof and dormers. It is sheathed in weatherboard and has two exterior end double-shouldered chimneys. It has a two-story wing added about 1830, and asymmetrical side and rear additions built about 1870, and between about 1890 and 1910. It features a one-story full width front porch with a hipped roof added about 1870. It was the home of John Louis Taylor (1769–1829), an American jurist and first Chief Justice of the North Carolina Supreme Court, and North Carolina politicians William Gaston (1778-1844) and Romulus Mitchell Saunders (1791-1867).It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1975.

Raleigh Electric Company Power House, also known as the Carolina Power and Light Power House, is a historic power station located at Raleigh, North Carolina. It was built in 1910, and is a triparte, gable-front steel framed common bond brick building. It consists of two original two-story blocks and a one-story replacement block built in 1930. It was originally built to power Raleigh's electric street car system.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1997.

Hillyer Memorial Christian Church is a historic church in downtown Raleigh, North Carolina located on Hillsborough Street. The church is affiliated with the Disciples of Christ. The current church was built in 1915. The church is named after the Hillyer family, who were patrons of the church and kept the church from going bankrupt during the Great Depression and the World Wars. The church is under the jurisdiction of the Church of the Disciples of Christ in North Carolina.Lillian Frances Parker Wallace was choir director. Paul Conway conducted the choir in the 1970s - 1990s.

Saint Mary's School is a private independent Episcopal college-preparatory, boarding and day school for girls in grades 9–12. Located in Raleigh, North Carolina, Saint Mary's School operates as an independent school with a historic association with the Episcopal Church including an Episcopal chapel, St. Mary's Chapel, on the school's grounds. The school formerly operated as Saint Mary's College and for many decades educated young women in grades 11–12 and their freshman and sophomore years in college. The school changed to a four year high school in 1998, at which point the name reverted to Saint Mary's School, the original name of the institution when it was founded in 1842.

Carolina Power and Light Company Car Barn and Automobile Garage is a historic streetcar barn and automobile repair shop located at Raleigh, North Carolina. It built in 1925 and is a one-story, rectangular brick building in the Art Deco style. It measures 210 feet and 6 inches in length and 59 feet and 7 inches in width and features terra cotta ornamentation. The building was originally built to house the Carolina Power and Light Company's electric streetcars and buses and was converted to automotive and service vehicle storage in the 1940s.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1997.

The St. Paul A.M.E. Church is a historic American Gothic Revival style African Methodist Episcopal Church located in Raleigh, North Carolina. A red brick and frame structure built in 1884 by black masons, St. Paul's was the first independent congregation of African Americans in Raleigh and is the oldest African-American church in Wake County, North Carolina. Before the end of the Civil War, the future founders of St. Paul's had been slave members of the Edenton Street United Methodist Church. The members of the church began calling their congregation "St. Paul's" in 1848. The church was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in November 1987 and is also a Raleigh Historic Landmark.

St. Mary's Chapel is a historic Episcopal chapel located at 900 Hillsborough Street in Raleigh, North Carolina, United States. The chapel is on the grounds of St. Mary's School, a college-preparatory boarding and day school founded in the 1840s. The 19th-century building was designed by architect Richard Upjohn in the Gothic Revival style and later expanded. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) in 1970.
