Alabang

Festival Alabang (also known as Festival Mall, formerly known as Festival Supermall, and colloquially known as Festi), is a shopping mall owned and operated by Filinvest Land, Inc. It is located at Filinvest City (formerly Filinvest Corporate City) in Alabang, Muntinlupa, the Philippines. It opened on May 15, 1998. The mall has a gross floor area of 400,000 square meters (4,300,000 sq ft), gross leasable area of 170,000 square meters (1,800,000 sq ft), and is the fifth largest mall in the Philippines. In the first quarter of 2014, the mall completed the initial phase of its upgrading and rebranding efforts that began in 2013. Called the River Park, the initial phase of Festival Supermall's grand expansion is part of the mall's four-level expansion to keep up with the current growth in the country's retail industry.The East Wing (formerly the Expansion Wing), as well as the Water Garden, opened in 2017. The Landmark Alabang opened on July 28, 2017 initially with its supermarket and food center, followed by its department store on October 6, 2017. The Gold Class Cinemas (2 cinemas) opened on July 25, 2018, on the Third Floor of the East Wing, with each gold class theater having a 186-seating capacity.

The Asian Hospital and Medical Center (often known as "Asian"), established on May 11, 2002, is the first private tertiary hospital built in the southern part of Metro Manila, with Jorge Garcia, MD, an alumnus of the Faculty of Medicine & Surgery of the University of Santo Tomas, as its founding chairman. It currently stands on a land area within Filinvest City, Alabang, Muntinlupa, Philippines, measuring 17,258 square meters (185,760 sq ft) that both includes the main hospital building, Tower 2, and the hospital's medical offices.

FEU Alabang is a private, non-sectarian trimestral, coeducational higher education institution located in Alabang, Muntinlupa, Philippines. Founded on July 21, 2016 as the sixth campus of the Far Eastern University, it offers Senior High School, Engineering, Computer Studies, Accountancy and Business programs. FEU Alabang is an annex campus of the FEU Institute of Technology, headed by Dr. Benson T. Tan as Senior Executive Director. The deans, professors, faculties, and grading system of the university are all managed by FEU Tech. Like its sister schools, FEU Tech and FEU Diliman, the college runs on a trimester academic system. An academic year starts in the second week of August and ends every June.

Alabang station is a railway station located on the South Main Line in Muntinlupa, Metro Manila, Philippines.

The Mangangate River (Tagalog: Ilog Mangangate), also referred to as the Alabang–Cupang River, is a river system in Muntinlupa, Philippines. It is one of 21 major tributaries of Laguna de Bay. The main stream has a total length of 10 kilometers (6.2 mi) and has two branches. The first is connected to the drainage system of Ayala Alabang, while the second is connected with the headwater from the New Bilibid Prison (NBP) Reservation, near Camp Sampaguita. This second branch flows through at Ayala Alabang Village and Filinvest City, and connects with the first branch at the Pasong Diablo site, passes through Festival Supermall until it drains out into Laguna de Bay at a point between Wawa, Alabang and Purok 1, Cupang. The river system has four adjoining creeks: The biggest, at a length of 3,500 meters (11,500 ft), joins the river at Pasong Diablo and serves as the Ayala Alabang Village Drainage; Two creeks join the mainstream at the Filinvest site; and At the NBP Reservation, one creek spans 800 meters (2,600 ft).The depth of the Mangangate currently varies from 2 to 0.25 meters (6.56 to 0.82 ft).

Bayanan is a barangay in the Muntinlupa, Philippines. It has a total land area of 0.784 km2 (0.303 sq mi), making it the city's second smallest barangay in terms of land area. As of 2020, it has a population of 39,150. Bayanan is located south of Manila. It is bounded on the north by the Muntinlupa barangay of Alabang, on the south by the Muntinlupa barangay of Putatan, and on the east by Laguna de Bay.

Cupang is a barangay in the Muntinlupa, Metro Manila, Philippines. The total land area of the barangay is 5.370 km2 (2.073 sq mi). It has a population of 57,196 as of the 2020 census. It is located in the northern section of the city. Buli is located south of the City of Manila. It is bounded on the north by the Muntinlupa barangay of Buli, on the south by the Muntinlupa barangays of Alabang and Ayala Alabang, on the west by the Parañaque barangay of BF Homes and the Las Piñas barangay of Almanza Uno, and on the east by Laguna de Bay.

South Crest School is a private primary and secondary educational institution in Muntinlupa in the Philippines. It is situated between two subdivisions, Agro Homes and Soldiers' Hills, thus giving it two addresses: 101 Canary St, Agro Homes Subdivision, Putatan, Muntinlupa and MBAI Commercial Complex, Soldiers Hills, Muntinlupa. It was founded in 1983 as the Agro Homes Early Education Center (AHEEC) and since then has evolved into one of the leading schools in Muntinlupa. The students have been placed among the Ten Most Outstanding Students of Muntinlupa for the past 20 years, almost annually.

The Fr. Bellarmine Baltasar Gymnasium (also known as the San Beda College Alabang Gym) is a gymnasium within San Beda College Alabang in Muntinlupa, Philippines. It has a seating capacity of 1,200 for sporting events and a full house capacity of 5,560. Within the gymnasium are two full-sized basketball courts, volleyball courts and an event stage. It is also the location of the school's athletic offices. With the assumption of Dom Clement Ma. H. Roque, OSB as the eighth rector-president, the gymnasium was renovated. During the 2015–16 school year, the San Beda College Alabang Gym was officially renamed in honor of the school's fourth rector-president, Fr. Bellarmine Baltasar, OSB, who was the rector-president of the school from 1985 to 1995. The gymnasium underwent its first major renovation in 2019 under the leadership of Rev. Fr. Gerardo Ma. De Villa, OSB, in preparation for the school's hosting of the NCAA South Season 21.
