Kinsey, Missouri

Jackson Township is a subdivision of Ste. Genevieve County, Missouri, in the United States of America, and is one of the five townships located in Ste. Genevieve County.

Valley View is an unincorporated community in Jackson Township in Sainte Genevieve County, Missouri, United States. Valley View is located at the junction of Interstate 55 and Supplemental Route DD, 4.3 miles (6.9 km) northwest of Bloomsdale.

Goose Creek is a stream in northeastern St. Francois and northern Ste Genevieve counties in the U.S. state of Missouri. It is a tributary of Fourche a Du Clos. The stream headwaters arise approximately one mile west of French Village in St. Francois County at 37°59′1.00″N 90°21′50.00″W and it flows eastward through Goose Creek Lake and into Ste. Genevieve County. The stream continues for approximately 2.5 miles to its confluence with the Fourche a Du Clos adjacent to Missouri Route Y approximately three miles west of Bloomsdale at 37°59′52.19″N 90°16′27.43″W.Goose Creek was so named on account of wild geese in the area.

Corn Hollow is a valley in Ste. Genevieve County in the U.S. state of Missouri.Corn Hollow was so named on account of the corn crop within the valley.

Pin Hook Branch is a stream in Ste. Genevieve County in the U.S. state of Missouri. It is a tributary of Fourche a Du Clos. Pin Hook Branch was so named because its course has an irregular shape, like a pinhook.

Lawrenceton is an unincorporated community located in the southern part of Jackson Township in Sainte Genevieve County, Missouri, United States. The town lies 14 miles to the west of Ste. Genevieve.

Goose Creek Lake is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in St. Francois and Ste. Genevieve counties, Missouri, United States. The community is built around a lake of the same name, a reservoir impounding Goose Creek, an east-flowing tributary of Fourche Du Clos and part of the Establishment Creek watershed leading to the Mississippi River. The community is in the northeast part of St. Francois County and extends east into the northwest part of Ste. Genevieve County. It is 3 miles (5 km) east of French Village, 15 miles (24 km) northeast of Bonne Terre, and 22 miles (35 km) west of Ste. Genevieve. The community was first listed as a CDP prior to the 2020 census.

Needmore is an unincorporated community in Jackson Township in northern Sainte Genevieve County, Missouri, United States. It is situated approximately 12 miles northwest of Ste. Genevieve. The community was founded in 1905 by workers at the lime plant at Brickey's. The workers had previously lived on company property, and settled Needmore to be more independent from the restrictions imposed on them by the lime plant company. Neighbors often said that the people in the new settlement were always needing more, hence the name.

Pikes Peak is a summit in Ste. Genevieve County in the U.S. state of Missouri. The peak has an elevation of 722 feet (220 m).The peak lies about two miles southwest of Bloomsdale and I-55. The peak is the high point of a complex ridge between Coots Creek and Carpenter Branch extending to the Fourche a Du Clos on the southwest side of Bloomsdale.Pikes Peak most likely takes its name from the taller Pikes Peak, in the Rocky Mountains.

Danby is an unincorporated community in southeast Jefferson County, in the U.S. state of Missouri.The community is adjacent to the west side of I-55 approximately nine miles southeast of Festus. Isle du Bois Creek, which forms the border between Jefferson and Ste. Genevieve counties, flows past approximately 1.5 miles south of the community.
