The Dr. Sapir Hospital and Charity Center, a Jewish charity hospital in Tehran, founded by Yaghoub Massaband (Dye Yaghoub), is the largest charity among the religious minorities in Iran. Over 75 years old, the hospital is under the leadership of Siamak Moreh Sedgh. The Tehran Jewish Committee assist in the financial maintenance of the complex, which is owned by the Tehran Jewish Committee. In 2007, The Christian Science Monitor reported that one cause for the recent co-existence between Jews and Muslims in Tehran, "has been gratitude for the Dr. Sapir Hospital."

The Molla Hanina Synagogue (Hebrew: בית הכנסת מולא חנינא) or Mollah Haninah Synagogue, is a Jewish congregation and synagogue, located at 7 Sarjonbak Alley (Taghavi Street), in the Old Jewish Quarter, in the Oudlajan neighborhood of Tehran, Iran. Established in the late 19th century, it is one of the oldest and, located on a 127 m2 (1,370 sq ft) site, one of the smallest synagogues in Tehran.

The Ezra Yaghoub Synagogue (Persian: کنیسه عزرا یعقوب) is an Orthodox Jewish congregation and synagogue, located in the Old Jewish Quarter, in the Oudlajan neighborhood of Tehran, Iran. Completed in 1895, the synagogue is one of oldest synagogues in Tehran.

Shams-ol-Emareh (Persian: شمس‌العماره) is one of Tehran’s historical buildings and a remnant of Qajar Persia. It is one of the most prominent buildings on the east side of Golestan Palace. It was built around 1830. It is notable for its height, decorations and design.Shams-ol-Emareh is 35 meters tall with five floors. It was the tallest building in Tehran when it was built, and the first building using metal in its structure. All the pillars in the upper floors are of cast iron. Shams-ol-Emareh was the symbol of Tehran before Sar dar Baghe Melli was built.

Jameh Mosque of Tehran is the oldest mosque in Tehran, with its oldest Shabestan, more than a thousand years old, and is also known as the Atiq Mosque.

The Imperial Bank Building (Persian: ساختمان بانک شاهی) is a historical building in Toopkhane Square Tehran, Iran. It was built during the Qajar era, dedicated to the Imperial Bank of Persia, but since the revolution in 1979 it is owned by the Tejarat Bank. It is listed in the national heritage sites of Iran with the number 7440. It is the only old building remaining in Toopkhaneh square. The other buildings were Telegraphkhane and Tehran's municipality building.

The Masoudieh Mansion (Persian: عمارت مسعودیه) is a historical mansion in Tehran, Iran. It was built as a residence for the Qajar prince Mass'oud Mirza Zell-e Soltan in 1878, hence the name Masoudieh.

Takyeh Dowlat (Persian: تکیه دولت lit. "State Theater") was a Royal Theater in Tehran, Iran. It was the most famous of all the ta'zieh performance spaces, for the Mourning of Muharram. It has a capacity for more than 4,000 people. Built in 1868 by Naser al-Din Shah Qajar south-east of the Golestan Palace on the site of the Síyáh-Chál, the Royal Theater's sumptuous magnificence surpassed that of Europe's greatest opera houses in the opinion of many Western visitors. It is comparable to Verona Arena, Samuel Greene Wheeler Benjamin told at his first visit. Karim Pirnia has introduced Hossein-Ali Mehrin as the architect of this building.
