Hakatanomori Athletic Stadium

Best Denki Stadium (ベスト電器スタジアム) (official name: Higashi-Hirao Park Hakatanomori Football Stadium (東平尾公園博多の森球技場), renamed on March 1, 2008 for naming rights), is located in the Hakata Ward of Fukuoka, Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan. It is the home ground of the J1 League association football club Avispa Fukuoka.

Fukuoka Airport (福岡空港, Fukuoka Kūkō) (IATA: FUK, ICAO: RJFF), formerly known as Itazuke Air Base, is an international and domestic airport located 1.6 NM (3.0 km; 1.8 mi) east of Hakata Station in Hakata-ku, Fukuoka, Japan. The facility has one 2,800 m (9,186 ft) runway and covers 355 hectares (877 acres) of land.Fukuoka Airport is the principal airport on the island of Kyushu and is the fourth busiest passenger airport in Japan. As of 2017, the airport is the fourth busiest single-runway airport in the world by passenger traffic (after Mumbai, London–Gatwick and İstanbul-Sabiha Gökçen). The airport is surrounded by residential areas and due to their geographic location, all of its flights have to stop at 10 p.m. every day at the request of local residents and resume operation at 7 a.m. The domestic terminal is connected to the city by the Fukuoka City Subway, and a subway from the airport to the business district takes less than ten minutes. The international terminal is only accessible by road, although there is scheduled bus service to Hakata Station and the Tenjin area. Alternatives to access the Fukuoka area include Saga Airport and Kitakyushu Airport.

Garuda Indonesia Flight 865 (GA865/GIA865) was a scheduled international flight from Fukuoka, Japan, to Jakarta, Indonesia via Bali, Indonesia. On 13 June 1996, Flight 865 crashed on its takeoff from runway 16 at Fukuoka Airport. Three of the 275 on board were killed in the accident.

Shime (志免町, Shime-machi) is a town located in Kasuya District, Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan. As of April 1, 2017, the town has an estimated population of 45,307 and a density of 5,200 persons per km2. The total area is 8.70 km2. Although the town still has a railway station the line is no longer used, but has been converted into a cycle path/ footpath.

Itazuke Site (板付遺跡, Itazuke iseki) is an archeological site with a late Jōmon period to late Yayoi period settlement located in Hakata-ku, Fukuoka, Japan. Along with the Nabatake Site in Karatsu, Saga, it is the oldest known rice-growing village site in Japan, and is also the oldest known moated settlement. It was designated as a National Historic Site in 1976, with the area under protection expanded in several times.

The Tanabataike Kofun (七夕池古墳) is a Kofun period burial mound, located in the Tabomi neighborhood of the town of Shime, Kasuya District,Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan. The tumulus was designated a National Historic Site of Japan in 1975, with the area under protection expanded in 2001.

Sue (須恵町, Sue-machi) is a town located in Kasuya District, Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan.As of 2016, the town had an estimated population of 27,459 and a density of 1,700 persons per km². The total area is 16.33 km².
