Old Cadillac City Hall

The Elks Temple Building in Cadillac, Michigan was built in 1910 as a lodge meeting hall. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.

Cadillac ( KADD-ə-lack) is a city in and county seat of Wexford County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 10,371 at the 2020 census, making it the second most-populated city in the Northern Michigan region, after Traverse City. Cadillac was settled as early as 1871 and formerly known as the village of Clam Lake before incorporating as a city in 1877. The city is located upon the shores of Lake Cadillac, connected by the Clam Lake Canal to Lake Mitchell. The Clam River, which begins Cadillac, is part of the Muskegon River watershed. Cadillac is the junction of three major highways: US Highway 131, M-55, and M-115. The geographic center of Michigan is approximately five miles (8.0 km) north-northwest of Cadillac. Cadillac is the primary city of the Cadillac micropolitan area, which includes all of Wexford County and Missaukee County to the east, and had population of 48,725 at the 2020 census.

The Cobbs and Mitchell Building is an office building located at 100 East Chapin Street in Cadillac, Michigan. It was designated a Michigan State Historic Site in 1980. and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2010.

The Masonic Temple in Cadillac, Michigan is a commercial building built in 1899. It is the earliest surviving fraternal building designed by the prolific architect Sidney Osgood. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1994.

The Cadillac Carnegie Public Library, now the Wexford County Historical Society Museum, was constructed as a Carnegie Library located at 127 Beech Street in Cadillac, Michigan. It was designated a Michigan State Historic Site in 1980 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2007.

Cadillac High School (also referred to as Cadillac Senior High School) is a public high school in Cadillac, Michigan, United States. It is one of eight schools in the Cadillac Area Public Schools (CAPS) school district.

The Wexford County Civic Center is an indoor arena located in Cadillac, Michigan. It currently seats up to 1,800 in retractable bleachers for sporting events and up to 2,700 for concerts. An ice arena and the county fairgrounds are nearby. The Civic Center, which resembles a gymnasium more than an arena, features 20,000 square feet (2,000 m2) of space and can also be used for trade shows, conventions, banquets, circuses and other events. Currently the locker rooms at the Civic Center are undergoing renovations.

WATT (1240 AM, "News Talk 1240") is a radio station broadcasting a news-talk-sports format. Licensed to Cadillac, Michigan, it began broadcasting in 1946.

The Wexford–Missaukee Intermediate School District is an intermediate school district in Michigan, headquartered in Cadillac. Most of Missaukee and Wexford Counties are served by the Wexford–Missaukee Intermediate School District, which coordinates the efforts of local boards of education, but has no operating authority over schools. Local school boards in Michigan retain great autonomy over day-to-day operations.
