Kachap-e Olya

Dabuy-ye Miyani Rural District (Persian: دهستان دابوی میانی) is in Dabudasht District of Amol County, Mazandaran province, Iran. Prior to the formation of the rural district, its constituent villages were in Dabuy-ye Jonubi Rural District. At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 18,641 in 6,320 households. The largest of its 38 villages was Marij Mahalleh, with 2,099 people.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 2,134 in 553 households, when it was in Dabuy-ye Jonubi Rural District. The following census in 2011 counted 2,233 people in 679 households. The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 2,099 people in 719 households, by which time the village was in the newly formed Dabuy-ye Miyani Rural District. It was the largest village in its rural district.
