The Kamuning Footbridge, officially the Scout Borromeo–NIA South Road Footbridge and also known as the EDSA–Kamuning Footbridge, is a steel pedestrian footbridge spanning EDSA in Quezon City, Philippines. Constructed by the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) in October 2018, the footbridge is 9 meters (30 ft) high, located near Manuel L. Quezon University, the National Irrigation Administration Complex, and the GMA–Kamuning station. It connects Scout Borromeo Street in Barangay South Triangle to NIA South Road in Barangay Pinyahan, spanning both EDSA and the MRT-3's at-grade tracks. Its steep height and appearance has gained public attention, with many online comments remarking that it is inconvenient to use and discriminates against people with disabilities, senior citizens, children, and those who suffer from vertigo. As a result, it was mockingly nicknamed as "Mount Kamuning" and a "stairway to heaven" by both the public and local media, leading to mock "hiking" stunts and being the subject of online ridicule. The MMDA defended the design, stating it was necessary to discourage jaywalking and alleged robberies in the area, and "only intended for able-bodied pedestrians". Suggestions to rectify the issue by installing elevators or escalators were raised but not addressed due to budget constraints. As of June 2025, the footbridge is planned to be demolished and rebuilt following a directive from Philippine president Bongbong Marcos to have the Department of Transportation (DOTr) replace the footbridge with a design more accessible and convenient to road users and commuters.

The PAGASA Planetarium is a planetarium within the grounds of the PAGASA Science Garden situated along Agham Road in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines. It is operated and owned by the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA). The planetarium was built in September 1977. The facility is managed by PAGASA's Astronomy Research and Development Section (AsRDS) and Atmospheric, Geophysical and Space Sciences Branch (AGSSB). The planetarium has a maximum capacity of 100 people.In 1999, the AsRDS acquired a mobile planetarium which can be transported in areas outside Manila upon request. The mobile planetarium has a maximum capacity of 50 people.Minor renovations were done in 2005 which includes the replacement of chairs which were in poor condition.

Kamuning station, also called GMA–Kamuning station, is a rapid transit station on the Manila Metro Rail Transit System Line 3. Kamuning Station is one of the many elevated stations of the line. The station is located in the Scout Area of Diliman in Quezon City and is named after Barangay Kamuning where it is located and the road named after the barangay. The station is the third station for trains headed towards Taft Avenue and the eleventh for trains headed towards North Avenue.

The GMA Network Center is the headquarters and broadcast complex of the GMA Network, a major radio and television network in the Philippines. It is located at EDSA corner Timog Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City. It is the network's main television and radio production center, and its main transmission facility for most of Metro Manila. The building houses Super Radyo DZBB 594 AM, Barangay LS 97.1 FM, GMA-7 and GTV-27. GMA inaugurated the facility on June 14, 2000, the birthdate of GMA Network, as part of the kick-off of its year-round celebration of its 50th golden anniversary. While the first phase of the project has already been completed with the completion of the 17-storey high-rise building, the center has an option to upgrade the older, existing facilities in the GMA compound, as originally planned. The center is equipped with MARC (Multiple Automated Recorder Cassette) System with a D3 format digital video recorder and a Broadcast Automation System that allows the network to manage live feeds and international feeds that will be carried out to GMA Pinoy TV, GMA Life TV and, GMA News TV International subscribers around the world.

The National Kidney and Transplant Institute is a tertiary referral hospital located in Central, Quezon City, Philippines. The hospital opened on January 16, 1981. The National Kidney and Transplant Institute, or NKTI, is a tertiary medical specialty center for renal health. The hospital also offers voluntary blood services. The hospital was formerly known as the National Kidney Foundation of the Philippines (NKFP), and the National Kidney Institute.

The center receives budgetary support for its operations from the national government. It was constructed on public land donated by the National Housing Authority.The Lung Center has a hospital bed capacity of 210.
