BGMEA Bhaban (BGMEA Building) was a 16-storey building that served as the former headquarters of Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association and was located in Hatirjheel, Dhaka. The foundation of the building was placed in 1998 by then Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. In 2006 it was inaugurated by then Prime Minister Khaleda Zia.

SAARC Fountain is a fountain in Dhaka, Bangladesh. It is situated at Kawran Bazar, at the intersection of Panthapath, Kazi Nazrul Islam Avenue, and Sonargaon Road, and is adjacent to the Pan Pacific Sonargaon hotel.The structure was designed by Nitun Kundu, a Bangladeshi artist and sculptor. While the fountain is made of steel, the reservoir is made of reinforced cement concrete. The structure was built shortly before the inaugural SAARC summit held in Dhaka in 1985.

Karwan Bazar (Bengali: কারওয়ান বাজার, romanised: Karoan Bajar) is an elevated metro station of the Dhaka Metro's MRT Line 6. This station is located in the area of Kawran Bazar, and was opened from the 31st of December, 2023.

The building complex is 19 stories tall and covers an area of 17,763 m2 (191,200 sq ft), making it the second largest shopping mall in Bangladesh. It is also one of the largest shopping malls in South Asia, with up to 50,000 visitors each day, The mall has space for 2,325 retail stores and cafeterias. It features a large underground gymnasium, a Star Cineplex cinema, a penthouse food court, an ice skating rink, a theme park, a fitness club, and a swimming pool. It also includes the 19-story corporate offices of the Bashundhara Group.It is designed by the principal architect Mustapha Khalid Palash and Mohammad Foyez Ullah of Vistaara.

Nazrul Academy is an academic research institution devoted to the study of the national poet of Bangladesh, Kazi Nazrul Islam, and his works including Nazrul Geeti. The academy is located in Moghbazar, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

The Moghbazar-Mouchak Flyover is the second largest flyover in Bangladesh. Its foundation stone was laid in 2011. The flyover was partially opened on 30 March 2016. It was fully opened on 26 October 2017.
